Coming from someone that had a 400 RWHP 2.7 Bronco and now owning a 2-Door 2.3 MT, I can say it's not fast, but it gets up to speed just fine. Sport mode is actually a lot of fun. I'm starting the custom tuning process, so getting her up another 100 RWHP will feel really good :)

You’ll be able to run E85 without any fueling upgrades, but don’t expect much more max HP/TQ potential from the new MPC design vs. gen 1 & 2. Should be able to get there easier though with the dual injection.
Despite the improvements, the engine still faces the classic 2.3L EcoBoost hurdles...
While I haven't used Cobb, you might consider the HP Tuners RTD4 or MPVI4. Both allow you to log data and flash your vehicle directly from your phone.

I now have a new used 2021 Bronco…this time a bare bone base model, 2DR and MT. I may start a thread on the 2.3L section, but I don’t plan on making this a 12 second Bronco :) I do plan to make it faster which will make banging the gears all the more fun. Love this 2 DR & MT combo. Can't wait...

The 2.7L loves ethanol. You can run up to E30 and see HP/TQ gains with the OEM tune. I'm personally not a fan of orange coating octane booster, but if you wanna go that route then It's fine. In your situation, I'd just go with the higher octane rated fuel with ethanol. If you're concerned with...
Grab the IDX1050 injectors if you plan on running these turbos with an E85 tune. I don’t believe it’s been Dyno’d yet, but 550 RWHP should be doable on the OEM Sasquatch 35’s. These turbos will max out a 2.7L.
