I have a custom tune, so I no longer use the Ford tune, but I still use the ProCal itself as an extra set of gauges. Thanks to an idea from a Bronco FB friend, I now have mine mounted right in front of the drivers side A/C vent. Fits perfectly and doesn't impede your view.
That depends if the tune is revised for it. Adam should be able to do either or, but if the tune is revised for the meth, then he should be able to push the boost.
Sounds like a lot of work. There is one other option, and that's METH. It will drop your charge temps tremendously, which could be what you need to push the boost. Adam recommends using more meth than water. I actually purchased a SNOW Stage 2.5 kit, but I'm not 100% sure I'm going to install...
I was too. I just didn't see the increase I was expecting. Keep in mind, CVF uses 700 CELL cats vs. SPD's 400 CELL, though I don't think it would make much of a difference at this HP level.
Also, If you read SPD's DP description they make it seem like OEM is comparable to blowing air out of a...
The struggle is real. My IATs in the middle of summer have been in the 130-140 range and itās definitely affecting performance. Wish we could get an explorer ST sized FMIC in the Bronco because I think even the aftermarket ones are too small.
Also, howās your E85 tune with the CRP stage 3...
I should also say that Iām skeptical about the posted gains from Boomba. TB spacers add nothing from everything that Iāve seen and from the little bit of research Iāve done on manifold spacers, they follow closely along the same path.
If I was to purchase one, then it would be to make content...
Hey all,
I recently picked up a ported Throttle Body for GPE and wanted to share some of my thoughts.
To start, here are the specs:
- Inlet is Ported to 69mm in a tapered style (Stock is 65/66mm)
- Front shaft is removed for a 4mm increase in the air flow path
- Outlet (behind blade) is...
Try direct messaging SuperChips on this forum. Thinking a new OS update may have broke the app, but I no longer use the Pulsar XT (Now custom tuned) so I can't say for sure.
@Superchips_Mktg
400 WHP is possible on E85 and stock turbos.
If you want to use 91/93 octane only then youāll need to go with CRP Stage 3 turbos to get into the 400 WHP + range.

Hoping we see the updated 2.3L with dual Injection. I don't think the 3.5 or 5.0 will even fit into the engine bay, plus there would need to be a 10R80 to go along with it, which I don't think will happen.
Also, would be a nice to see an updated 3.0L with dual injection. Not sure why Ford is...
My seat is starting to bother me again. Seriously considering finding some F150 seats to swap. Wonder if it would be a direct swap or would I have to buy the brackets linked above? I can probably figure out the wiring portion of it.
Got the throttle body installed. Still waiting on the parts to do the manifold. I'll have more to share this week.
In the meantime, my front tires are getting kinda bald, so I needed a matching set :p
I'm kind of over it at this point in my life. I like the sound of all motors if done right. I've heard plenty of crappy sounding 4,6, and 8 cylinder cars. Do V8's sound great when done right, absolutely, but I don't crap on everything else just because it's not a V8.
I remember when Hennessy claimed their VelociRaptor 400 could do 0-60 in 4.9 secondsā¦sure it can.
