Agree. Mine just sent the order sheet back to me to confirm. Never saw the DORA. And they forgot to put in tow, which was on the order sheet, but obviously didn't make it into the DORA.

There isn't very much that will stop a determined, competent thief. But most thieves are not that and you can stop the vast majority of thefts by making it inconvenient.
It's really insane. I got mudflats ASAP. I also got ones for the back wheels because, with the size of the rocks the tires pick up, I didn't want one to go through someone's windshield on the freeway.

I think you got the feedback from the forum here. As much as we do not like dealers being shady, it doesn't seem like they anything really wrong here. Regarding the 7% rate, yes they pick the banks, but they can only do so much and the rates are way up. Many people here were locking in rates...
For a decade I've changed the oil when the computer says to change the oil. I've never had an issue after many many many miles on any car with this approach. FWIW - the Bronco manual clearly states to change the oil at 10k miles or when the car says to change the oil, whatever comes first.
