  1. Shazamalingo

    Bay Area Broncos

    Exploring Coe would be fun!
  2. Less rocks thrown after replacing factory Sasquatch Goodyear tires?

I have decent sized mud flaps and side steps. Having had a chip yet (don't want to jinx it) though I hear the tired throwing a ton of stuff when I am on gravel. I don't mind the look of mud flaps.
  3. 1k miles and back to the dealer she goes - multiple warnings: Hill Assist Fault, Anti-Lock Brake Fault, etc.

That is 500% bullshit. I had loose connections in my bronco and it was a warranty repair without issue. The whole point of the warranty is to cover issues including those where the car was not properly manufactured, as in your case. I would call them, give them an opportunity to credit you...
  4. Murdered Out Bronco Raptor Build by Apollo Optics!

So what is the chase light used for? So people can follow you safely at night on trails, etc?
  5. All 2023 Bronco Raptors get stitched dashboard standard, even with MGV seats (photos)

I have had stitched dashes in the past and have not had this experience. They are just as easy to clean as a standard dash.
  6. The Bronco Has Nearly Caught Jeep Wrangler in Sales

The only reason the Bronco hasn't beaten the Wrangler in sales yet is Ford's inability to navigate an ecosystem that other manufacturers have better navigated. Ford can't make enough. This article is not something to celebrate; it is a good reminder of huge missed opportunities by Ford.
  7. Gas Prices Are Headed Back Up In February (No Politics)

I always find it funny when people base a large, long term purchase on short term outlook of commodities. Why would you buy a less gas efficient car simply because gas is cheap that week?:LOL::LOL:
  8. GM Considering an Electric Bronco Rival

Yep. For long trips they don’t work well. That’s why I have both. Saves a ton of $$ a year.
  9. GM Considering an Electric Bronco Rival

Yep. People who want to replace an ICE with an EV only are on a fool’s errand for now. EVs are great for 90% of driving. They are fun, faster than ICE, and cost $0 to maintain. But for family road trips, etc… you still can’t beat ICE.
  10. GM Considering an Electric Bronco Rival

Having driven EV and ICE cars for a long time, EV is a much better driving experience.
  11. Does this look right to you? (Cargo area/tailgate)

The door should close 100% flush. If the dealer insists that all doors are not flush, we can send him a few thousand pics showing s/he is wrong. The cargo area gaps look like mine.
  12. Need Positivity - Bronco Worth The Wait?

I love mine. But if I am going wait 2 years for something and Ford is going to tell me they need time to get it right, it better be right when I get it...
  13. 📧 Bad news Friday... official email from Ford: "Urgent information regarding your Ford Bronco order."

Like I said in my follow-up, it’s the customer experience. Have your manufactures taken orders in 2020, failed to follow up with customers, made customers jump through hoops, pushed deliveries for years, and failed to send even email updates unless they are cancelling your order and telling you...
  14. 📧 Bad news Friday... official email from Ford: "Urgent information regarding your Ford Bronco order."

Let me clarify. Im not saying the supply chain is back to normal. Rather, companies have managed consumer expectations with the delays in mind. So, while it may take me a while to get a window or refrigerator or car part or equipment, I’m not getting my date pushed, order cancelled, or requests...
  15. 📧 Bad news Friday... official email from Ford: "Urgent information regarding your Ford Bronco order."

That's how I read it. Global supply chain.... Hmmpf. I stopped hearing that excuse from every company except Ford....6 months ago.
  16. Bittersweet Moment - Just Found The Bronco I Reserved 2 1/2 Years Ago For Sale Online

Totally agree on price. If you are looking for an efficient small car, you still cannot beat a compact ICE on price point. There still isn't a new EV you can get for under $20k. A used EV could be under $20k and could be an option -- EVs last forever...
