Sorry this happened, but I agree with the other posters that an extended warranty doesn't cover everything. I would have thought that the 36k warranty would cover this, but I am not sure I have all the facts.
That being said, you put on about 36k miles in less than a year? Damn - well done...
I'm with the OP. If I need a copy one day, I want a paper copy. What if you don't have the PDF accessible your phone? What if the car is dead?
Send my warranty, etc... electronically. But I need a paper copy of the thing I will refer to in a pinch.
Temporarily constrained cars are a great way to get $$ out of people's hands lol. Like I've always said, whatever works to get your $$ away from you and to others.
There shouldn't be any turbo noises. When I had turbo noises, I took it to the dealer and we found a loose exhaust hose. When it was reconnected, all turbo noises went away.
There is an exception to every rule :)
Though in January my credit union was offering 0.99% over 5 years and 1.09% over 6 years and Ford was not near that (at least for me).
I have the same overheating phone issue while wirelessly charging. Multiple phones. Very annoying to lose your phone during a trip.
