Remove the crash bars, then the answer is maybe.....as in lots of guys claim to do it with no problem, while lots of guys claim they get rub at full lock or tuck. Nothing a 1/2" of lift on the front suspension won't fix.

Check FB marketplace and Craigslist, I see quite a few brand new soft-tops still on the pallet for sale, from guys who bought the duel top package, then decided they didn't want the soft-top. I've seen them new for as little as $500 (generally $800-1200), used for much less.
As mentioned Sas is a half inch over a Badlands, too little to care at that point, unless someone wanted to upgrade to the Fox shocks (from the 3.0 package).
No the non-sas Badlands suspension itself. The Badlands suspension lift a Bronco .6 inches the Sas suspension lifts 1.1 inches. Also the Badlands suspension has a 1/2" more travel than the Sas suspension.
