@BobN - USAF I'm working on adding the Everglades' snorkel and tracking that here: https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/some-everglades-snorkel-parts-arrived.69930/
I think I've gathered all the parts and information I can figure out how to get at this point, so I've got an appointment at a local shop coming up on April 24th for the install. I'm not equipped with the necessary tools or intestinal fortitude to do the fender cutting myself.
Oh awesome. I've got an appointment on April 24th at Minco for the snorkel install. Any particulars on how to best work with them? It'll be my first time visiting their shop, so I'm not familiar with how they like to operate.
@friethmiller I THINK so, but I could definitely be wrong. The part number on mine reads as MB3G-16F130-BD. That's very similar to your NB3G-16F130-BA.
Searching MB3G-16F130-BD on the Ford parts site does come up with the bracket I've got...
Howdy, Everglades Friends. I've gathered up nearly all of the parts to mount an Everglades snorkel to my Badlands. @friethmiller provided some super helpful pictures, one of which I'll share here:
That appears to be an engineering part number for the bracket to which the driveline control...
Makes me wonder if Ford will start offering an Everglades-inspired package that includes the snorkel and raised breather tubes. Either way I'm glad I snagged a snorkel while I could.
@friethmiller I've had no luck finding that bracket on the parts site. If you get another opportunity to poke around on my behalf, I've got these two more questions:
(Please feel free to kick me back over to the Everglades Club to cast a wider net)
Can we grab the part number for the bracket...
Thank you SO much @friethmiller ! These are a massive help. Looks like that one bracket is used for mounting both the driveline control module and that washer fluid reservoir. That makes a lot of sense. I wonder if it's the same bracket just mounted differently or what. That is definitely a...
@SurfsUp85 Thanks, dude! So far the main question mark is the part number for the Everglades washer fluid reservoir. Searching the Ford Parts site doesn't yield an Everglades-specific one even though engine bay picture comparisons definitely makes the Everglades one look quite different. If...
Excellent! Yeah I'll keep this thread updated with all parts information as I discover it, and I'll include any other progress (good or bad) as it happens.
