Oh good idea on pics. I'll put a couple in as well. That'll liven the place up a bit. Yeah there's several I've started to see on a recurring basis. I'm up in the NE side of town and regularly see a black 4 door parked by Sanitas Medical Center or somewhere thereabouts.
We might be able...
I'll be very interested to hear how all those events go! (And to learn from your time at the Off-Roadeo)
Yeah good call. I'll update the description a bit. IG and postcard flyers sounds awesome. Given the infrequency of wave-backs I get, I'm expecting to get ignored most of the time... BUT...
Phenomenal idea and I am so excited to potentially hit some trails with other Broncos for the first time. What do you think should be the geographical size/reach of the group? Since there's already the Emerald Coast group and for the sake of tighter connections, I'm thinking something smaller...
@Pdshepherd Still looking for a modular front bumper? Mine has been sitting in my garage staring at me with sad eyes since I swapped it out for a DV8 winch bumper. (I'm in Tallahassee)
Boop @FlaHP @sameoldeddie @Lynnbronco @TtotheZ @abbydiver @Frito_nole @Ahauser2010 @FishWIthChris @tmobileguy @Barryl @BobN @rak2
I think you all might be in or around Tallahassee? Chime in if/when you can. Maybe we can form a group or something so that we can keep in touch, schedule events...
Hey @Blue_banshee_bronco I'm in Tallahassee and was just about to try to accomplish the same thing. I've had my Bronco for a while now (since August 2021 I think?) but have been lazy about trying to meet up with fellow owners.
SO. I know there's a bunch of us now since I can hardly leave...
These two photos (including below) are what I've got handy for positioning, and I want to also point out the removal of top 2 drivers' side fins on the air flow thingy. I'm wondering if they removed those on yours or not and wondering about the positioning and angling on yours. In the photo...
I don't know connector names like you guys do, but if I can be of any help in describing what I saw or didn't see while replacing the bumper and relocating the ACC I'd be happy to do so.
Yeah. It really was like that. Every last thing on the front pretty much had to come off in order to get the ACC relocated. Good call getting help. I struggled hard with the mounting solo. Used a metal table to hold the bumper up for me, but it was still very difficult. I still have not figured...
Howdy, friends. This week I finished up installing the DV8 MTO winch bumper on my badsquatch, and I took several photos along the way that I'll share here. Relocation of the Adaptive Cruise Control module was shockingly successful. It did take quite a lot of work (3-4 hours on its own), but...
Mine is arriving today (just the bumper b/c I haven't settled on a winch yet). @PatioDaddio78 do you have any advice on making the install as painless as possible? Open to any and all thoughts.
Yeah I was going to hit it with some duct tape for now. Zip tie may be a better idea. Thinking we have to replace the whole bumper to resolve it properly? I was hoping I could just relocate the license plate, but indeed then there's the whole current license plate mount to deal with.
