Ah that makes sense. Do you know if the reason for the swap is to make space for the relocated things or is it something else? I didn't pull the trigger on ordering it just yet.
BTW I'm sorry I'm hitting you with so many questions. Please don't feel obligated to sink a bunch of your time and...
LOL. Yeah I dunno about all that. I just want to make sure that the next time I do this...
... I can feel slightly less concerned. Though yeah in this photo the water wasn't even close to the air intake yet. So meh. In any case, I have no idea what I'm doing and no one should trust me to...
Ah gotcha. Well you have my unlimited gratitude for your help so far. If anything comes to mind that you think I or the shop will need to know about the install, let me know. I'm going to place an order for that ECV you mentioned. Just to confirm before I do, I'm seeing CJ5Z-9U465-A as the...
Folks have been exceedingly helpful, but for the bracket I've tried these and come up empty-handed (zero search results) on parts.ford.com:
NB3G-16F13J-BA
NB3G-16F130-BA
NB3Z-7D438-A
There are six results when searching just for 7D438, but then I'm not sure which one of those would be the...
Hello there, my new best friend. Can't thank you enough for letting me know about this! Any idea on the part numbers for or info on the water bottle and the bracket that holds it?
So far that has led me to the same washer fluid reservoir as in my badlands, which is odd. Puts actual Everglades owners in an interesting spot if they need to replace it.
Off the top of my head, 7D438 sounds like the same bracket as in my own engine bay. I'll double check later, but that was where I kept ending up before despite the two brackets looking different.
Nice! I swear they must have stamped all of these poorly. That last character in the middle sequence is in question in every picture I've seen so far. Yours is as clear as possible though. Thaaaaank you very much.
Not sure yet. I do plan on raising them, but I haven't researched where the Everglades runs them. I'll probably include that work here in this same thread when it happens.
Thank you, @JustJoshnRound! If you can find a part number for your washer fluid reservoir and the bracket to which it is attached.... I think those are the only things still up in the air.
Though @friethmiller already checked for those, provided some excellent photos, and I found myself at a...
Yeah I'm not too worried about fitment, since things seem to be lining up well. I am, however, wondering if the air flow sensor will demand adjustment.
