How much horsepower do you need before it just becomes useless? I don’t really know. To me the bronco 6G has always screamed “V8”, if even just for the exhaust note.

First time out there with limited time I would seriously look into a guided tour where you could relax and enjoy the ride. It could save you some serious time and trial and error. There is just so much to see and do that it’s hard to decide. Rely on someone else’s expertise that first trip.

Wheels and tires will make a huge difference. Stock ones off a badlands might be just right. The Bronco just doesn’t look right with the base sized ones.

Unfortunately yes, wipe down with oil and get what you can off and then wipe with moly chassis grease occasionally. The rust you see doesn’t affect function but looks terrible.

I’d say find a different dealer but unfortunately most Bronco owners know more about the Bronco than the dealers. Went through the same confusion about 5 tire rotation. From now on I’m doing that myself.
