I kept the rpm under 3k for the first 500. Just drove it normal, no hard braking or acceleration.
Did vary the rpm driving back roads and generally took it easy the first 1k.
IMHO the electronics need to be scaled back in these vehicles. I know it’s not going to happen but they need to knock the nanny shit off and keep to the basics for an off road ready vehicle.
I’ve got the Bronco, but haven’t got the challenger yet. 392 with the shaker hood would be nice.
Had the old mopars in high school and a few years after. Now those old cars would add up to hundreds of thousands of dollars. I don’t think I paid over $800 dollars for any of them at the time.
I haven’t connected my phone to the Bronco, but my wife may have connected her phone when we first got it.
Every time I start the vehicle I get a message to the effect “ phone failed to connect”.

I drive a lot of gravel and the wind is always...

You may not “need” 4A, but it sure is nice. My BL has been in 4A the last couple of months. Driving conditions a lot of times is scattered slippery and dry patches where it would be impracticable to switch in and out of 4WD. I’ve been impressed with the 4A system, probably makes me think my BFG...
Safelite uses Chinese manufactured glass from Fuyao who has their own glass manufacturing plant in the US as well as China. For this reason alone I prefer not to use them.
I’ve wondered how thin the bronco windshield is?
It sure looks thin once you get a crack.
I was painfully cautious about doing all I could to avoid rock chips, but to no avail, my windshield is now properly stress relieved with numerous chips and a 4 foot crack. Feels good not to care about...
