30 years and you use that vernacular?
Ford Bronco {thread} {filename}

just kidding

Congrats on your new whip. Let's see the pictures.
Too funny. You definitely wouldn't believe what I have done for a living for the last nearly 30 years (it involves using fancy words and talking to people in black robes).

Curious what people are seeing now. I am looking at a 94,xxx MSRP car. Dealer is advertising at $7k off MSRP. It doesn't have paint matched fenders, which is a must for me. Was thinking offering $10k off plus having the fenders swapped with another car or painted.

I specifically tried to stay away from the ones with 90+k MSRPs but, in theory, they should have ever more room to move at that price. I've seen several 2025s in San Antonio with 90+k stickers and 8 or 9k off being advertised. Did not try to negotiate on them (and they are all still sitting on the lots from last month when I was looking). I got my new 2026 for that much off and it was only an 86k MSRP.

As someone who just ordered a 2026 Raptor and had the same idea as you, I quickly learned that it depends on what region your looking at in my experience. Westcoast where I live they are still clinging to the MSRP dreams of yester year. I also live in an area where every business feels entitled to add a resort fee surcharge mentality to everything so I knew I would be purchasing out of state just I did with my Dodge Challenger 7 years ago.

If your willing to go to Oklahoma, Texas, Wisconsin, you might find them at the 82 - 88K price, but many will have 10 miles advertised on CarGurus and actually have 80 - 160 unexplained miles on them I.E. Demo / Dealer Exec Perks miles on them each with a different story behind the miles. Dealerships in rural areas that usually cater to farmers looking for F-150's are the best place to look and negotiate a deal on a bronco in my opinion .

I ended up finding a dealership that allowed me to get a 2026 new build at the price I was trying get many other dealership to let go of a 2025, plus the dealer has a nationwide delivery network so I no longer have to fly down and drive back as was my original plan.

The problem is at least when it comes to Raptors is Ford refuses to lower the base price for the 2025 Raptors and we all know how much dealership love quoting the MSRP as if it means something (Supply & Demand) creates leverage and if the people are not willing to pay it, it doesn't matter. In the case of the Raptors, both the 2025 & 2026 have a base price of $79,995 or something close to that with basically the same options to chose from. This creates the dilemma for those looking for a deal on 2025 models. Do a nationwide search on CarGurus, Auto Trader, Edmunds, etc. and you will see what I mean. Best of luck in your search.
