Just curious if Bronco forum folks carry emergency food & water in their Broncos just in case they get stuck in an unplanned overnight situation due to weather or some other situation (stuck, mech problem, road closure). If so, what do you carry ... energy bars, dried food, beef jerky, ... beer, and if so, where do you store it?
I threw a lifestraw in trunk compartment for water. I can probably live off my fat for a few days for food.

We have a carry case for the food water, 5 days worth. In the winter we also carry blankets and warm cloths. Every time we go out of the valley and will go thru one of the passes we carry everything.

Just because stuff happens here in the mountains.

I always have a pistol on me, and my truck gun is of the reach out and touch someone variety. I have a several wheel guns, but I mostly hunt with those.

Often do 500-1000 mile trips through sparsely mountains and wilderness always have food, blanket(s) liquids etc but now I get free sat SMS and geolocation seems less important, except in winter when nothing gets through anywhere if that bad to get stranded.

I keep four Mountain House meals stored in the well beneath the rear cargo area floor. Easy to carry and takes up zero room. I also keep two water bottles in each of the rear door storage bins. Again take up no real room but are very handy.

Living where I do I carry extra water, MREs, ax. small bow saw, fire making tinder, blankets first aid and trauma kit, K-bar knife 100 ft of 550 string, spring and summer bug spray, and a coffee maker/grinder. tire repair kit and a truck gun and side arm, able defend against two and four legged creatures and a good compass. Can you take a photo of the tank under the truck? Did you need to change the muffler?

Water is key.
Yup.

This is "bolt on" only for the Raptor. It requires a side routed, Raptor style muffler on a non Raptor.

There is ZERO loss of ground clearance and the stainless tank is fully skid plated.

Many more pics on their web site.
