Going from your +55mm BB wheels to +6mm will push you out 49mm (+1.9"). With 35 x 12.50 tires that'll be poked out roughly 7/8" more that sasquatch...you'll be well beyond your non squatch flares.

Plus the rim it’s self is 2 inch’s wider so it will result in about 3 inch total ? I’m not sure how tucked in the big bend stock wheel setup is tho ? As that will be subtracted of the 3 inch’s I think

No, the width of the rim won't have any affect on poke unless the rim is as wide, or wider, than the tire...the offset is the offset no matter the width of the rim. The width of the rim will only affect the bead width of the tire, it won't affect the overall width of the tire and how much it pokes. Offset and tire width determine how much poke.

For reference, I have 24 BB 4 door non Sasquatch. I swapped to the Everglades wheels which are +30 offset, and I’m running 285/70r17 falken wikdpeaks. With my standard flares my 285s have about a half inch of poke or so. This is the best pic I have. So with +6 and 12.50s you’ll have about 36.7mm more “poke” than me which is 1.4 inches. So you’ll have around 2 inches of poke.
