Any time I go over a slight bump my roof makes a sound It’s coming from the two front panels by the driver and passenger seat I took it in and they installed foam blocks in the head liner to make it stop but an hour into my drive home it started clicking again

Do you have a B pillar brace or overhead mole panels installed? On my Raptor with the B pillar brace, it was contacting the hardtop and making a clicking noise. The dealership’s solution was to add some “quieting tape” to the top of the B brace.

There are guide pins that will "rattle" on some tops. It was mostly a problem on early MY'21/MY'22 Broncos. A member here at the time ended up using heat shrink on the pins to quiet the rattle.

Mine makes popping noises from the front panels whenever there is a big temperature change. If I open and close the levers, most of the sounds go away, at least until the next big temperature change..

I have mentioned it with every oil change and the always "adjust" the top, but it always comes back.

Had same problem….used shrink tape on plastic pins, put 1/4 foam adhesive where plastic pins go in holes. Worked for about the first 10 seconds. What finally fixed that noise for me on both my 21 and my 23 was to remove the metal pin on inside front corner of front pieces, add a flat washer between roof panel and metal pin and reinstall the pin. That got rid of mine totally. It looks like what happens is the rubber part of that metal pin that makes contact with bracket inside gets smashed down the shape of the hole in the bracket when the mounting lever is closed and it gives enough play to pop. It was noticeably tighter after adding the washer and stopped the clicking.

THIS! I put a little piece of foam around the pins on both side and the rattle went away.

I have owned 11 hardtop Wranglers over the last 30 years and every top that was ever removed and put back on rattled like hell, have not taken 23 Wildtrak top off ever and my interior is quite as a mouse. 😎

Lube the pins and metal locking points with some grease. I have a 21 and used superlube depending on how often you take your top on and off it will last a LONG time. It's been at least 2 years since I last put any grease on the pins since I rarely if ever take the top off.

I did electrical tape on the pins, and then foam in between the roof panels and the frame mounts right where the pins go (pins going through the foam) and that helps a lot. It doesn't eliminate it completely though, which is really annoying. Temperature changes also make it worse.
