Thank you. Yes, there are other reasons like Covid delays, slow production ramp-up, a feeding frenzy, etc.. A wrap isn't durable enough for me and complete color change is a bit inauthentic. Not to mention to do it properly I believe would mean near total disassembly from the frame rails up... just a guess at this point.Welcome to B6G. Are there other reasons why you haven't bought a Heritage edition? Seems like a color hasn't stopped others from purchasing a Bronco and had it wrapped or painted immediately.![]()
Thanks - Yes, waiting on 2027 model year announcements is part of the program. Don't see any way of getting an order in on the absolutely remote chance of being successful before then. Now, where I put that winning- lottery ticket... I'm sure it'll come to me just as soon as I get struck by lightning for the 4th time... in the same spot lolAT this point I'd hang tight and see what 27 has to offer, usually we find out anywhere from August to October about future models which includes color options.
I get that, I already own a "retro" themed, styled, inspired, whatever Ford product. I'm hoping for a stablemate. When you come to grips with the fact that the Heritage Edition has nothing to do with heritage at all, but just another trim level, you'll be able to finally make that purchase and just enjoy your vehicle for what it is - a production 4x4 with great capability and accompanying quirks.
