Did you go with the Sport or the Pro LED?
I went with the Sport. I don't expect to be moving sideways fast enough to need to see farther.

The Pro LED are 40% brighter, which because of the inverse square law, will only allow you to see 20% farther than the Sport.

To put this in real world numbers... The Sports will let you see 100-120 feet or a little more depending on how dark it is., the Sport Pro will let you see 20 feet farther. Since you'll be looking off at 30 degrees, I don't find the difference useful.

Thank you for your response, which is very helpful. I have been looking at various ditch lights, and after watching the video and reading other comments, I want to give these a try on my Bronco.

I decided I needed them after descending a very windy mountain road in the dark. (Mars Hill road in Flagstaff). I couldn't see the right side of the road. Not absolutely necessary, but comforting.

Same with Mars Hill road. It's a private road.

Oddly, it's true of every dirt road I've been on.

We have our KC light bar regular beam on aux 1 ambers on aux 2, chase lights on rear on aux 3 & oracle grille lights on aux 6. May eventually do an on board air system, right now we have the Viair compressor we just hook up to the battery manually when we're done offroading.
