That sounds almost exactly like my prior setup. Sub the AC180 with the AC2A. How much time were you getting out of your AC180 with the fridge plugged in with no other power?
Hard to say. I only need it to last overnight (maybe 16 hrs max from arrival to camp to depart next morning) and has been more than enough.

I was having an issue with the where the AC180 would shut off when fridge went idle. I have now have fridge plugged into a SetPower 218ah portable battery and that plugs into 12V DC socket on AC180. I don't think its the most efficient use of power but keeps the AC180 on. I installed some new firmware that I will test next trip to see if they fixed it (was happening with ECO mode off). I'm looking at swapping to the Elite 100V2 since its lower profile and will fit on my upper shelf.

I have the same setup with an EcoFlow Delta 2. It is indeed pretty clutch. I've paired it with a Renogy 120W panel on the roof which pretty much negates the draw of Starlink and my fridge, though I only swap the XT60 cable from the Bronco's inverter to the Delta 2 when I'm going to be in the same place for a few days. For the most part, starting my engine for 30m each morning will bring all appliances back to full. I have the EcoFlow glacier, so it has 284Wh of battery dedicated internally, but that acts more like a reserve.

As for lighting camp, nothing beats a LightRanger or similar.
Another vote for the EcoFlow AC and Delta 2. Been using this setup for 2yrs. My EF AC resides tucked down on the knee wall behind the driver's seat utilizing American Adventure Labs 2-dr MOLLE panel. EF was the only one at the time offering bidirectional charging.

I have heard nothing but terrific things about it. Would love to see how tight it packs up. The Bluetti's charger 2 is a little cumbersome, but is also doing a lot, so its a give and take. I also like how Ecoflow batteries are long and skinny, with the display & plugs on the short ends. You can see how my setup would benefit from something like that.

I have a oupes mega 1 , which is getting replaced with a pecron f3000. (FedEx has misplaced it🙄 atm) i have a top shelf like yours that's sitting here about to get installed. I do have a teardrop so the back of my Bronco is just going to have my fridge and power station. I also ordered a expansion cable and if I expand im ordering a 48v 100ah battery to Jerry rig it giving me 8kw. I do have the zoupw 450w panel that I havent used yet. Ive also been looking to possibly add a large home solar panel to the top of the teardrop to expand on my solar, but since I havent tested the current setup yet im holding off on what ill actually need.

Picture was taken and shared on B6G back in 2024. At the time, the thread was a review of the AAL's MOLLe panel(s) so the picture doesn't show the harness. But it is run along the driver's door jam and up through the grommet in the firewall - the same as yours. My Delta 2 sits right next to the charger (I don't leave it all the time in the Bronco) and the fridge in parallel accessible from the rear tailgate.

I have the Charger 1 setup. I'm waiting on them to open up the upgrade offer again. I missed it earlier this month.

Rusty - did you get the upgrade deal from Bluetti? If so did you buy an aftermarket 75amp fuse block? I asked Bluetti if they were going to sell them separately but they said no. The upgrade unit only comes with the cords and not the 6awg power & fuse. Dont like the inline fuse that the charger 1 comes with either.

Sigh… this part was frustrating.

I bought the Charger 1 back in October. Then they drop the new unit and suddenly I’m getting hammered with ads and emails about a $99 “upgrade.” Cool — except when I try to use the codes… none of them work.

So I email customer service on the last day of the promo. They respond three days later with, “Sorry, the upgrade window closed. We’re not running that promotion anymore. Pay full price if you want it or sign up for future upgrade offers.”

What they didn’t know is I don’t really accept “no.” They also didn’t know I can be extremely persistent.

So I try a different approach. I call Amazon:

“Hi, it’s been four months, but under the A-to-Z Guarantee, I’d like to return this item since it no longer meets my needs.”

A return label gets issued almost immediately.

I order the new unit for $344 after promo credits, install it with all the new parts & wiring, box up all the old parts & wiring, and sprint to UPS with about 15 minutes left in my return window. A couple hours later — email notification: $266.41 refunded to my original payment method.

I’m now seeing “upgrade offers” for $199. That's gonna be a no for me.

Yeah I had something similar with the code issue as it seemed to not want to take my serial #. It kept freezing up so I just added it to my cart and lo & behold it showed up at $99 rate. So I jumped at that and just had it delivered yesterday. Figure I will just order one of the fuses from Amazon use the 6awg from the charger 1. figure it wont hurt to have both the 75amp and the inline breaker. double protection I guess.

Here's what it came with for a fuse. I connected it on the stud by the BCM-C (fuse box) under the hood. There was a little trimming of the box required to make it fit there, but not much.

I was thinking of going with the BOJACK one
Bojack 75A
Just waiting for my rear molle panels to come in so I can mount like you did.
I really wanted mine on the upper molle, closer to the window. But the battery charging cable was a bit too short for that to work well.

Thanks for sharing this Rusty! Love the setup.

I have a Bluetti that's maybe 4 years old, so it's not bidirectional and I don't have those connectors on it. It's a 800w battery that runs my Dometic 35 for roughly 2 days of camping and I of course recharge while driving. I keep extra fuses for the 12v cable in the fridge cover as they blow regularly.

I need to look into installing that Charger 2; first I've seen it. I also keep a NOCO HD but having to keep that thing juiced every few months is a pain, as it's 5 years old now and the charging connector is older and not even USB C.

So, do you think I can find a charge cable to connect the Charger 2 to my older Bluetti, or does it have a 12v? Doesn't look like it in the pics of it, so need to do more research I guess. Also, did you have to get a special mount or just find a space to screw it in? I have a 2 Dr, so working with limited space. If the charger 2 has a small battery that can keep my Bronco main battery charged up a little longer or in an emergency, that would be great.
