Mounted up some Amazon aux lights to replace the factory fogs that didn't look good nor perform well with the Blackhorse Bumper.

Finally drove it at night. These cheapies really light up close and of to the sides which will be great off road. Driving with them on in town I didn't get flashed, but shut them off when I was following.

Put on a Stitching Cover on my steering wheel.

Sides are alcantara

Top/bottom is leather.

have to literally stitch it on to the existing wheel. But it looks great. Adds some thickness to the wheel and feels amazing

highly recommend.

Replaced the wiring harnesses on my ditch lights so they can actually be separate. Shout-out 4x4 Truck LEDs for their awesome upfitter switch harnesses.

Also got the fire extinguisher installed with the bracketeer bracket. Makes it so couldn't get my seat quite to where I forward but pumping it up solved that issue and got me the inch I needed.

Finally set my Hooke Road roof rack up to carry my MTM cases and used brackets and eyelet hardware to do so. I used some carabiners to secure the hooks on my retractable straps since I didn't get the Rhino versions yet.

Think I solved any lateral movement with brackets to prevent the straps from loosening while in motion. This should help when I do not have the camp trailer with RTT and want to gain some cabin space when on road trips with the kiddos. If I do not have the luggage packs in the back....I can put the fridge back there!

Big week. Mounted Morimoto 1 Banger lights on my crash bar mounts to use as cornering lights. Still have to get the aiming dialed in the do the FORscan work. They are a bit vulnerable under there with limbs and whatnot churning in the wheel well, but we will see how they hold up. First is headlights, second is new corners, third it both.

That light spread is impressive! Suddenly dark roads and deer are less concerning.

I chopped off my crash bars/body mounts but will find an alternate way to similarly mount the lights to the modular bumper. Thanks for the inspiration!

Note that I have a ADD Rockfighter bumper that is pretty high clearance leaving the crash bars very exposed. Tried the DV8 crash bar covers w/mount but they would not work well with the Morimoto lights (the slot too small, top was too high and forward, hanging would not permit enough rotation of the mount). I'm sure you could drill a mounting hole somewhere lacking the crash bars, though. I'm pretty impressed with the 1 Banger light.

Added a second OEM recovery point on the passenger side of our 4 door WT since the new Warn bumper does not have hard points on it. Also added a TC Bronco front light mount that works with the OEM modular bumper bull bar. It's a slim, nicely integrated, well made, OEM looking piece of kit. You might have to look at the pics for a moment to even see it. Still trying to decide what lighting to employ.

Pulled a van up a steep iced over hill. The vid doesn't do it justice but this was a steep hill and a sharp turn at the end. He made it up a bit further than where you see it starting but he slid backwards and went almost 90º. You can't really see on video but I went a little side to side and I was having a blast. Love this beast.

Also got a cheapo limb riser kit off Amazon. The hardware seems pretty decent, but the upper bracket is a bit flimsy. I had to do some work to adapt to the TrailRax rack. I was going to mount to the outer wind deflector screws as it was designed with a new hole in the beacket, but I think the deflector is attached with economy style nuts. That could be challenging. Plus, if a nut moved in the slot, I'd have to disassemble the whole front of the rack to get it back together. So I flipped the brackets to the opposite side and upside down, then mounted to the rack rails. As it is, it's not perfect, but I think the will work for fluffier branches. The shunt is rated for 1250 pounds, but extra aluminum turnbuckle I added is only rated for 90 pounds. I don't think the upper bracket would take much more and it can work as a fuse to keep from ripping my trail sight off. I still need to make sure I can get my roof panels off with these in place. I think I can, but it will be very close.

Please let us know if you can still take off your panels! Looks like you can get them out, but would be good to know for sure

@TrailRax, I got the driver side off no problem. Heading out to trails today, so I didn't check the passenger side. But, this top bracket is pretty flimsy and I think you could do better with basic some cut/bent aluminum. If you guys do offer a product, I'd recommend offsetting the front trail sight mounting and the roof rack mount enough to clear the hood if you can. This one, the hood will hit the turnbuckles if you open the hood while the risers are in place.

First time in Anza Borrego. Just a day trip. Ran Canyon Sin Nombre, Diablo Dropoff, Fish Creek and Sandstone Canyon. Dinner in the charming little town of Julian on the way back. Too bad the pie shop was closed…but a great day nonetheless.

I had no idea this place existed. I'm about 70 miles away. Tomorrow I'm going to follow the same route.
