Walmart has 4WP skid plate for $29.78, but they also want almost $10 to ship.

is this a direct bolt on for the OEM modular bumper?

I would guess it is designed for the 4WP "full width" front bumper. Now whether it works for the modular front bumper... I would not know. My original skid-plate still is OK. If it wasn't I'd order one to try.

Walmart says basically $29.79 and "free returns". If you get one please report on whether it works for the modular bumper. Walmart also says you can "return to store" on this one.

Here is a website that described all the 4WP parts in as much detail as I can find...

Sorry if I missed it, not seeing it right now. Has anyone posted the weight of the front and or rear?

Since you asked about weight (which I was curious about myself)...

If you look online the entire rear bumper "package" is listed at 79.8 lbs.

Since I just removed the bumper from packaging (before install)...

a) The bumper itself (before install and any add-os) about 45 lbs (bathroom scale) bare-weight.

b) The two recovery-points (add 6.4lbs for each -- two supplied).

c) The relocation bracket (about 2 lbs).

Total Rear Bumper = 45+12.8+2 = 59.8 lbs (approx).

Update on rear bumper, I’ve had it on for a month and it’s great.
Love the look and it seems rock solid.
I did a tire rotation this weekend and the license plate bracket on the spare only added a minute to the job. It’s a non issue. I thought it would be a problem but nope.

Thanks to OP for the heads up.

For those of you that have already installed the rear bumper...

Page 8 Of Install guide:

The directions indicate installing the D-Rings into the bumper first, and then installing the bumper onto the frame.

Question: Have any of you installed the D-Rings onto the frame and then slid the bumper onto the D-Rings? Seems like it might be easier if it can be done, and less weight to deal with.

Reason I ask is because I'm installing this alone, and would like to find the easiest method.

Thanks!

It’s not that heavy, I did it myself. I think getting the bolts in place would be impossible if you slide those on the frame first. If memory serves accurate.

Okay I couldn't resist anymore $626 for front and rear from autoplicity was just too good. Hope they show up okay.

They have the front skid plate for $22, but adds $10 or $15 shipping. Which is funny because both bumpers shipped for free... 🤔

Go ahead and grab the 4WP steps and winch mount while you’re at it., if you don’t have those already. Good deals on those items also

I'm set on those! But thanks!
In fact my winch mounts are going to make installing these bumpers a bit of a pain. But that's how it goes I guess.
