Probably beating the dead horse, but what part of the Bronco Raptor being the most capable showroom stock rock crawler did you miss? This idea that the Braptor is only for high speed work somehow persists.
BTW.... they are the exact same width. Only difference is the flares and track width.
Don't folks typically mean the widest part of the vehicle is it's width? Certainly in the off roading context.
Tires sticking out is not a limitation off road it is a benefit to protect the body.

With the raptor having physically longer a-arms and not being a “wide track” build that consists of a different offset in the wheels, the CV’s will indeed have a physical difference. At least in length!
As @SierraBronco stated, the parts are different and longer, so yes, absolutely, they have a different part number. But as others have pointed out it's not clear if they are upgraded/improved in any meaningful way (stiffer, stronger, longer lasting, larger angular range, etc.).
All Raptors from gen 1 F150 through Bronco and Ranger are 4 doors, so there is that.
I'd have to imagine the wheel bearings and CV's are beefier given the larger tire size and heavier weight. From an engineering perspective, it makes sense but it is Ford we're talking about so...yeah.
