You've overlooked a tremendous amount of differences...
  • Internally reinforced frame (and body stiffeners)
  • Larger and stronger suspension arms
  • Beefed up transfer case and clutches
  • HOSS 4.0 steering rack (larger/stronger)
  • Anti-lag turbo system (in Baja Mode)
  • Larger brakes (calipers and rotors)
  • Substantially better seats
  • Fully digital instrument cluster
  • Larger center screen
  • Adjustable exhaust modes
  • Disconnecting front sway bar
  • Greater towing capacity
  • Cosmetics like hood and fender flares
Tail Light Housing
Half Shafts
ECM programming
Hood Struts
Radiator+Fan (Radiator might have changed to a common model as they are no longer being finished painted black but the fan is definitely a D part code)
Wiring harnesses
Transfer Case
I think the drive shaft is different but I'm not 100% on that.

Be nice to see but highly unlikely. Fact is the 2dr does not sell well, majority of buyers go for the 4 dr.
I agree. I had a Jeep JL 2 door and the aftermarket manufacturers catered more to the 4 door models than the 2 door. My choices for parts to upgrade my rig was seriously limited. Even Stalantis recognized the 2 door models weren’t as popular and didnt make that many. Many times I wished I had a 4 door just so I had better choices. Just a good business decision by most.

And don’t forget the higher front shock towers and the aweson[me duel valve Fox shocks.

All that and don’t forget the higher front shock towers and the awesome duel valve adjustable Fox shocks, the different exhaust system, trans oil cooler, the adjustable steering, the Braptor only dash cluster. Also hood scoop has functional cooling incorporated
The post context meant that I was not listing the shocks and higher shock towers isn't really a "feature" per se. A different exhaust is not necessarily better so that's why I just listed the adjustable sound. I already listed the digital dash. I'll add trans oil cooler, adjustable steering and functional part of the hood.

I made a new post on this topic.

I made a new post on this. Programming doesn't really seem like a feature so I left that out, neither does wiring harness. I think the Advanced Tcase is the same in the Raptor and non Raptor, they are a different part number, but functionally and gearing wise I think they are the same. I included driveshaft in the list in the new post

Now, we can stop the OT here...

This is a pretty definitive and comprehensive article on the Bronco Raptor upgrades. The ones that actually matter if you intend to drive it with bad intentions….

further this explains the engineering behind the changes. You’re not creating a “properly“ set up Raptor by throwing some 37s, aftermarket coil overs and a Ford grill on a standard Bronco.

Flares simply bolted onto standard 2 door panels so they don’t align properly. And no fender liners. Also stick on hood treatment. Probably a good ten footer, but a hot mess up close.

Like the vehicles West Coast Broncos and Rocky Roads used to put out during the "Speed" driven popularity days of the 1st Gen

But 2 door special editions would be a great way to keep the Bronco "legacy" alive.

So the 4 door guys can feel better about their decision.
