2D BRONCO RAPTOR for 2026?????

It's not Tuesday and its not mine. Just happened to see this on the interwebs.

Ford did show a Cliffhanger concept a few months ago..... so were they (Ford) out testing one or did someone cobble this up to "look" like a Raptor?

I saw a blue Raptor-style 2 door with painted fenders cruising top-off around Chantilly, VA earlier this year and it was badass.

Unfortunately, not Ford’s. If it was a Ford company test vehicle, it would have had manufacturer plates.

Those fender flares look even worse on a 2dr, in my opinion that is.

That two door has a whole lot of mock-up. even has the front body fenders. Now that you can buy live valve shocks, you're only a engine away from being a 2-door BRaptor

You've overlooked a tremendous amount of differences...

• Internally reinforced frame (and body stiffeners)
• Larger and stronger suspension arms
• Beefed up transfer case and clutches
• HOSS 4.0 steering rack (larger/stronger)
• Anti-lag turbo system (in Baja Mode)
• Larger brakes (calipers and rotors)
• Substantially better seats
• Fully digital instrument cluster
• Larger center screen
• Adjustable exhaust modes
• Disconnecting front sway bar
• Greater towing capacity
• Cosmetics like hood and fender flares

I believe hoss 3.0 equipped broncos have the same severe-duty steering rack and tie rods from the braptor. I could be wrong though

Flares simply bolted onto standard 2 door panels so they don’t align properly. And no fender liners. Also stick on hood treatment. Probably a good ten footer, but a hot mess up close.

All that and don’t forget the higher front shock towers and the awesome duel valve adjustable Fox shocks, the different exhaust system, trans oil cooler, the adjustable steering, the Braptor only dash cluster. Also hood scoop has functional cooling incorporated

Well yes, a lot of parts make up a BRaptor, the same as a GT from a GT500. I was just making a statement that if you want to LOOK like a BRaptor, then you're short of the 3.0 engine.

May not be real, but think we all like the “concept” of it.

I’d personally trade up if they made a 2 Dr Braptor/Warthog, but the way Ford is currently treating the 2 Dr, future isn’t looking the best for the true Bronco.

We’ve just all got to keep the culture alive and maybe one day the right exec will take it on and green light as a passion project.

Be nice to see but highly unlikely. Fact is the 2dr does not sell well, majority of buyers go for the 4 dr.

I think Ford may bring back that 2 door concept they made for a year. Like they did with the Stroppe. It seems they are releasing special vehicles each year, which would fit right in. Look for it in 2027
