Form Headlights falling apart after 2 years...

1st up I did not buy these! I won them on here December of 2023!

Just after install



August of 2024 lost the light sequence in the headlight. Was quickly warrantied!

Last week I lost the adjuster while driving down the road, headlight just slowly started pointing down as I was driving.

Took it apart to take photos and found the adjuster! Put it back together with a zip tie and it just fell out again.

Did you reach out to our customer support to see how we could help? I actually took my metal plate off a few months after I had mine and sanded it down and paint matched it to my body color. turned out nice.

Even with the replacement metal, the screws are rusting/oxidizing, so it's an all around lose/lose with these. This isn't even the worst one.

Oracle customer service portal allowed one picture to upload and sent one replacement and had to pay for magnetic covers I didn't get as an early adopter from the group buy. Between the quality and the experience, I'm out on anything Oracle.

Well that sucks, sorry to hear about the headlights. Last I checked, Form had what? A 2 year warranty? The main reason I went Morimoto was for the 5 year warranty. Sure their LED DRL's were all kinds of funky colors for 1st year or 2, but 4 new sets letter I may have finally found a winner. And I still got 2 years left on the warranty. Hopefully Form takes care of you and the busted headlight.

Update after the 2nd day of calling I got someone and they are mailing me another passenger headlight. I rather have less features and a more reliable product. I think its warranted to document actual product wear and tear. I do go offroad but I also don't log 100s of miles of wash board roads like some people. I think my mistake was trying to use there online help over just calling and being on hold.

This is why I have my OEMs sitting in a box just in case although I don't have any issues with mine. I am at roughly 15 months with them.
