Whipple intercooler vs Cobb - anyone ...?

Like the subject line states - differences, please:

Cobb (from what I saw) is more money bout $200. How about performance, air flow, ease of install, having to relocate or take out anything, in short re-mod the mod ...?

I think most of the intercoolers make you remove the shutters, the Mishimoto allows you to keep the shutters if that is a factor for you. The other thing you might want to look at is the way the upgraded charge pipes connect to the new intercooler. I think most of them have the stock style ring clip and the Mishimoto offers fittings to keep the stock style or go to even larger clamp on connections. I went with the Mishi intercooler and charge pipes and decided not to keep the shutters.

I have been very happy with my Whipple, even with the modifications and the total removal of the shutters. +50k and running well

Full-race. They use the best cores while some others use low dollar Chinese junk, and FR has the most ideal height vs thickness for efficiency.

I've had my Whipple for the last 20,000 miles or so. Easy install, most aftermarket charge pipes fit. It does require the removal of the shutters. That hasn't been an issue in any way.

We have used the Whipple intercooler on personal and shop Broncos and it has always performed extremely well. Even with our 2.7L tuned, it held up without any issue.
It does require the removal of the active shuttering, but that has never been a problem on an ecoboost for us.

Ugh... I was going to let this one go, but I'll accept the challenge!

OP in his FIRST EVER THREAD (this one) made a statement on not liking Chinese junk (OP: "I'm with Ya' Chinese junk"!).

I was simply pointing out that in his SECOND EVER THREAD he was advocating and arguing in support of Chinese junk (OP: So I found these on the Chinese Marketplace "Amazon" for about $400 off what IAG charges ($699) same F'in boards ... minus the goofy middle color plate.)
