So a retard is driving around the 4wd park in 4 low 1st gear at 5,000rpms and is worried about his intake temperatures? Not putting 300+ Hp/Tq through a Dana 44. Let's not talk about the massive heat soak that occurs and it taking hours to cool down. Probably should just cut holes in the hood and install more fans.

You should be looking at getting enough area that at a normal fan can cool it down. Go find a 5000cfm fan, it's 3 to 4 times the physical size of the stock intercooler. The physics of what you want is plain stupid.

The ECU encryption hasn't been broken yet. Nobody from ford is going to disclose that information on this forum. There's not a ton of information readily available.
Thanks burgerking… yes I understand, I was making a broad statement. I am not looking at tuning, but example, what happens in each goat modes, turbo twin scrolls or other like things.

Trying to find whatever might be on the new 25 Bronco 2.3l. What is truly different etc yes I know it’s going to happen slowly

Ducati shared document on cooling… nice guy but since everyone goes to him, I try to find myself

but I have family and they have…

YOU KEEP TELLING TO I NEED TO LEARN ABOUT TURBOS.
No, I keep telling you to learn how they work, not how they're constructed. Because from what you have shown in this whole thread so far is that you think just because your engine is spinning 4k+ rpm you'll be making some form of boost apparently comparable to whatever you see on a Dyno pull judging by how desperate you are to see a Dyno graph showing hp, tq, boost, date, time, elevation, gps coordinates, name of first born child.......I've just been telling you that isn't how a turbo works.

PROVE IT... I'm been reading dyno charts and dataloger data for over 4 decades.
That is the thing, if you're so knowledgeable on this subject then I shouldn't have to prove it to you, it's common knowledge, in order to show how much HP/tq an engine makes using a dyno you need to put a load on the engine on the dyno....meaning the Dyno is simulating a perfect scenario that utilizes all of the available power that the engine can produce. Once you move to loose terrain and you no longer have that perfect scenario of 100% load then you won't be putting down the same power or boost that you would on a Dyno. So again, a Dyno graph isn't going to magically show you the data that you are looking for to determine what you need to modify for the sand dunes.

This guy rides a bicycle in the driving lane next to his partner who is in the bike lane, I guarantee it.

I did data logging with stock and aftermarket intercoolers(you remove the mpg flappy shit, because it's only for fuel mileage) and I did it with boost.

Ride your bicycle out to Glamis--with your little jersey and short-shorts--if you want to know how to drive on sand on hot days for long periods of time. You can break any engine in the desert. Turbos on the military rigs were dying left and right when it was 130 in Iraq and even when it wasn't. The biggest problem was operator error as I'm sure it will be in your case when you threaten to sue Ford for whatever dumb shit you do.

Lol. assumptions ..,

I knew before I posted this thread it would flush out Aholes
So I worked to reduce as much as possible…. Just to many

Within a week or two of joining here, there was a number of people that went public to administrators to flush their membership… new here, I took a look and wow, looked at other guys wow. And again

Funny at the time my mind seemed to remember many of those aholes bio names, that were screwing with those members that wanted OUT…

Bronco6g has a problem… but since those members account were set to DELETED, other people accounts have gone to bared

So back to your assumption I don’t give twoo of Brian’s two asses about YOUR opinions or your friends. And don't need to prove anything to you.

when I get whatever I get I will be sharing it behind closed doors
Aka direct message to those that matter around here

Would be pretty sick if you could find a salesman to let you test drive one and take it up to redline in compound low.
... yes / no

I have experience with vehicles with granny gearing. So I understand what they can do. When I was just looking late 24, I tried to check out Jeeps, Tacoma, and Broncos... no one had any manuals in the area...

There were hints that Ford might build 25's in manual, but as people know that was in late March 25, before they would come out. At that time a dealer I was talk to in Dearborn MI found only one that showed up... it was in build status for dealer in TN.

So my order is and just awaiting release for QA Hold..

redline in compound low
Nope, it's not good to do on someone else's vehicle or your own
As I have stated here there Badlands is not a high performance vehicle.
As the charts show @ 5 miles per hour in granny gear, you are near 4800 RPMs... no need to hurt the vehicle... The screen shot that I have for the new 25 display shows Redline @ 6,000, but not sure if that's for all trims...

Again with the MT88 there is no need to ever go there... FYI I have fast vehicle so that's were I hit / run at 6200 redline ;^)

BUT had I gotten a BRaptor all bets would be off...

EDITED: if that was necessary YOU would be the GUY to go to.. ;^)

Grade school chit... you guys need to grow up and grow a pair lol

Buddy, there are more than a couple prescriptions you can easily get to regain the bodily functions you've lost with age..

Both you and your wife would be much happier if you'd pursue getting one.

In the first post …
2.3L intercooler off roading … Ford has the doors or shutters to control flow to the intercooler when flow is not needed. But when off road slowly moving and under load / boost, there is little or nothing flowing through it…. I’m in hot dry climate.
Anyone WITH real knowledge
Have you added a SPAL cooling fan? OR …
I’m thinking of doing the same for oil cooling

In post 11 I tried to clarify
My go to [hot climate] is run little or no Ethylene glycol ... all the other ingredients, but there are those Warranty Questions. So fan is maybe specific to intercooling or oil

In post 18… seems few if any experts watch that video. WHY because at the 16:50 mark he gets into detail of the 2.3L turbo and controls….. to funny click this and it starts at that mark...

Anyone with a pre-2025 Bronco 2.3L... I found this helpful on sensors and turbo waste gate . A long with someones post of the teardown of a pre 25 2.3L.
If some knows of the same for the new 2.3L please post...
In post 91 I clarified again
I am very interested in the new 2025 Bronco’s 2.3l turbo, waste gate and how ford programmed the ecm with the different GOAT modes to control things…. Specific to the MT88 transmission

fast forward…

In post 148,
expert ‘krazykevin’ [name fits], and in post 147, GreyZ stepped on his…
REMEMBER they picked the worst gearing and transfer case in 4-LOW WHY?

Yes there are dyno's that can handle FOUR Wheels lol see picture below

Do you also need someone to explain how a dyno works? You claim all of this experience yet prove time and time again that you do not understand:
Per YOUR numbers here:

A Dyno measures the TQ at the wheel, which is the final effective ratio times the peak engine TQ.
310 X 94.74 = 29,369 ft lbs at the wheel. We can agree that above had a rounding error.

This cannot be measured on any reasonably accessible DYNO. This is why there is no hard data. However some of us are capable of doing math.
NO Math is required, see charts

Okay back to closing this up… before placing my order for a 25 Bronco I did my research… only after ordering did I and many others learn that the 2.3L for 25, is different.

But here is testing on a mustang with the pre 24 mustang 2.3l / pre 25 Bronco 2.3L

Under three different mode settings Sport, Sport Plus and Drag [if ford does that on stangs, is it done for Broncos GOAT too?]. Something I have stated I was looking for GOAT modes and ecm changes…

Oh the arrow is pointing at the boost line… the chart/scale is on the left ;^)

Same testing on the same mustang, NOT in a 1:1 gear ratio… BUT in a different gear- TQ Multiplication… and NO the 2.3L ENGINE is not making 840 pounds of TQ
WHY dyno's run 1:1 to tuning the motor... other pulls at other gearing gathers different information...

There is a lot of great knowledge about either versions of Fords 2.3L motor, just not anyone here that has come forward...

AND there is a lot of mustang information on heat sink... while driving, on a race course in the first laps, EVEN driving in stop and go just getting to the Christmas Tree at the Drag Strip...

This thread is still going on? 🙄 I did an entire day in 95° temps and 50% humidity in 4L and never noticed my oil or coolant temps above 215F.
