2025 Full Digital Cluster successfully installed - swapped into 2022 Wildtrak

I had the same thought process initially. However, based on how @Ducati1098 did it with via a PMI using the VIN of a 2025, FDRS will configure the module based on the VIN used, which is why @coadr used the ab data from a 2025 to configure his IPC and not his own.

Thanks. I’ve used Forscan but not in this capacity. I’ve downloaded the .ab for the 25 from the motorcraft website. How exactly do I get it into forscan and flashed into the cluster? Sorry for the noob questions guys.

Edit: I think I figured it out. First I read and save the stock IPC data. After installing the 25 IPC, I read the data in Forscan. Hit load all, select the .ab file i downloaded from the motorcraft site and write that to the new ipc.

The only question I have is do I need to first seperate the ipc data from the entire 2025 .ab file i downloaded or will Forscan figure that out for itself?

First, convert it from ab to abt so FORScan will recognize it. Then go to IPC as built format, select load all and flash it. FORScan will parse the entire file and apply only the IPC relevant info to it and ignore the rest.

Yes it’ll figure out that you only want to do the IPC! I think the logic here is you write the 25 data because it needs to know what sensors to look for. If you write the 23 data it literally has fewer rows and won’t line up

So uh @Ducati1098 how confident are we in N2DZ-78044D70-AA being the right bezel part number? Trying to figure out if my parts department screwed up or not because I've got a box with that number but the part inside is the old bezel

Ok, I think I found a few VINs for a Big Bend with Standard Package that I can use…

This search has me realizing you can essentially build a Black Diamond with Mid Package now…but, that doesn’t include Signature Lighting…so glad I stopped screwing around with the B&P. Shit makes my head hurt. Haha.

They are a normal dealer unlike some of these sites. Communication was quite good. You just have to give them a 25 vin, mileage and a tell them what’s wrong with you current cluster. Just make something up, and make sure you use a vin from something that’s in stock on a lot somewhere.

What did you pay shipped? How do you plan on dealing with the core replacement? What happens when they receive a 2021-2024 cluster?
