My son 3D printed a cell phone mount that I stuck a Mag Safe charger on. I have since put the stock metal plate back under the screws above the bracket itself. Works great and you can still access the controls behind it. I told him he should start selling them!!

I have a dash rail with a 67 Design armature to mount my phone, but decided I prefer to have the phone mounted lower.
So I made a mount that attaches to the center console. Currently it displaces the small metal Ford Bronco built plate. I may move the triangular buttresses to the side so the plate can be attached on top.

Works for an iPad mini too, which just clears the auto trans shifter. Have to attach a magnetic phone ring holder to the back of the iPad mini.

Can you share the stl for this? I’d love to be able to wire in an Apple MagSafe qi charger for this

Sure, I revised it a few times to be able to mount the original Bronco metal build-plate, tho the Bronco script is still underneath, and I added a wedge support to the bottom for extra vibration stability. It is more stout that it probably needs to be, but I like to mount my iPad mini to it and it's rock solid.

I am guessing you already have 67Design arms and a Ram MagSafe mount? If not you need one of the 67 Design Arm Clamps for 1" ball and one of the Ram MagSafe mounts.

The 3D printed base I made is 2 STL files. Use an M5 bolt to attach the 2 pieces together. I also use another M5 bolt into the top to add some strength to the part that the 67d arm clamp attaches to. Use a round head, for clearance. I used like 20mm long bolts, but 12-15mm is probably enough.

Thanks! I don’t have those things yet but can get them. I’m supposed to pick up the bronco tomorrow and was for a solution to the missing wireless charger in the 2025s

Some simple snap-on covers for the A-pillar vents. This was inspired by @Brian_B frequent complaints that when the HVAC is set to direct air into the foot well, air also flows out the A-pillar vents.

I tested with air on full blast to verify they stay in place and don’t leak or whistle, but I didn’t try it at max heat. Printed in ASA with textured baseplate that nicely matches the Bronco plastic texture. The snap hooks probably won’t last if the covers are frequently removed, but I will probably just leave them in place.

He was complaining so much that I almost designed some of these, haha!

Thanks for saving me the time.

A pretty niche thing but I made a subwoofer box port block as well as a cap for the area that gets trimmed to fit the Kicker 8" speaker.
So cool. My foam block hack for the same was very long/iterative and messy. I hope you used some very strong/compatible adhesive. That case material is very hard to bond to.

JB Weld 50133 Plastic Bonder Structural Adhesive did the trick. Turned the box and caps into a single piece that I doubt I'd ever be able to separate without breaking one or both lol

Currently working on a Wolfbox rear camera mount for behind the spare. Initially set camera on 3rd brake light and it just jiggles way too much over tiny bumps. Going to need to tweak a few things after my 1st test fit (later tonight). Will also look to add to the mount for onboard air on the opposite side. The attached rendering is only 1st go around. Once I get it dialed in I'll probably print using PA-6/GF for the strength, though most likely pick up a spool of ASA for weatherability. Worst case scenario, I have the guys at work bend one up out of 1/8" aluminum plate.

This is kind of a long shot, but wondering if anyone has recreated the dirtydog headliner clips? I bought a used dirtydog headliner from a forum member and cracked one of them - would like to have a set of spares.

There seems to be 3 different types. Not super complex shapes, just wondering if anyone has made created these before I do it myself.

Your post made me hop onto their website because I remembered they sold the full set of mounting clips and hardware for around $30, only to learn that they're closing up shop and clearing out their inventory. I did check and they unfortunately don't have the clips in stock at the moment.

Wonder if you could reach out to them and get the print files? If they're not selling anymore it can't hurt to ask.
