That’s not including the actual console, which is another ~$400

Console: S2DZ-78045A36-AA

Rear console cover (with power inverter):
S2DZ-78045E24-BA
Without power inverter: S2DZ-78045E24-AA

Center duct outlet from HVAC housing: S2DZ-18C433-A

Duct that goes under the console: S2DZ-19B680-A

The whole climate control housing also appears to be different and would likely need to be changed (or at least part of it maybe?) Catalog is not updated for this, but it looks like the part number for the whole housing is SB3Z-19B555-B

Not to mention there’s no way to know what else might be different without attempting the swap.
MSRP on everything listed above is: $2,240
Needless to say, this would be very expensive to change.

It would seem I did miss the console ! but you shouldn`t need to change the whole evap housing, just the 18478

Maybe 🤷‍♂️ but even the other separate part of the housing has a new number.
There’s only one way to find out.

Pretty sure we will need the Control Selector Lever Cover too. They redesigned it to raise the cupholders up and the wireless charging bin toward the front to make room for the ducting, which runs down the passenger side of the console.

S2DZ78044D90BA - $450 msrp

My 2 cents on the evaporator housing - wouldn't need to change it out. Just need to dremel out the opening and add some foam gasket or sealant around it. The mould appears to be mostly the same on the 24/25 and the honeycomb opening at the top of the blend area appears to be open. Wouldn't know for sure unless someone tried.

Alright well, for the sake of science, I need someone to go ahead and do this swap

I would pay a decent chunk of change to add rear vents. I mean if I could justify trading my 24 in on a 25, I would, but just for air vents sounds like a lot higher expense than what we're looking at possibly.

It be's hot down here in Texas. We take the Bronco to all our baseball events and everything like that, so my son is always asking us to turn the center vents on him in the back.

We drove from NETX out to San Diego / LA last week - and taking turns sleeping in the back, I noticed a huge difference in temperature (normally I'm never not driving), where I too said "Hey, give me some air" lol.

I'm with you. In FL and just got a great deal on a 24 in a color that is no longer produced for 2025. No desire to trade in and doesnt make sense to do so, but I want the vents. It gets hot in the back when it sits out for a while in the sun. I'm very close to being the guinea pig here. Should I start a go fund me?

Haha I mean, I'll donate $20 to science :cwl:

Yeah the rear vents would be huge. I'm not gonna act like I'm not on autotrader seeing what Broncos are going for. I mean, if I didn't lose a lot, yeah I might. But I have a feeling I'm gonna lose my butt. I think I got a decent deal on our Bronco at the time, and from what I can see on KBB (not sure how accurate it is), they're pretty good at holding their value.
