Getting Off Roadeo Expiration Date Extended? Any Luck?

I just realized that my Off Roadeo credit expired yesterday... I have a 2023 Bronco and apparently June 30th was the last day for all 2023 models.
Has anyone been able to get an extension? I emailed them and was politely told no exceptions. But hoping someone has had luck in the past.

Even natural disasters like the hurricanes that hit Florida and the east coast recently, they refused. One guy literally had his flight canceled as he was leaving and had documentation, refused. Perhaps they came back later and quietly helped some of those people out, but I doubt it. Lots of angry posts if you search the forum (using a search engine).

Same just occurred to me when I went to go book for my 2023 for this Fall...

It would have been nice for them to send out an email a month or so ago reminding us that it is about to expire instead of it quietly expiring. I had no idea there was an expiration date at all...

Just called their headquarters and claimed they sent out a "Bronco Owners Don't Miss Out" email on February 12th of which I didn't receive after searching my inbox, spam and trash. They said we had to attend by June 30th, 2025. Ford had extended it from the original December 2024 deadline. No exceptions could be made they said.

Please message me if anyone knows a way around this. I was planning to go this year in Moab

Trade in your Bronco for a newer model. You'll be eligible for another voucher that you can either attend or let expire.

I received multiple emails like that, I simply wasn't able to schedule within the window. After I got RIF'd in April I thought "Hey, maybe I can use this time to hit OffRoadeo!". With a central location FINALLY available (flying not an option) I checked availability at TN and penciled in some dates. Reached out to family in the area to check scheduling and stuff and then a few days later went to book and EVERYTHING through June showed as booked at TN. Oh well, c'est la vie say the old folks.

I found an email from February 20th 2025 with the subject “Fast Facts About Bronco Off-Roadeo” that mentioned the cutoff:

Definitely didn't receive that despite having my profile all setup and whatnot. Do you get other marketing emails as well or have you unsubscribed?

I haven’t unsubscribed and still get their emails. Since like early 2001 when they started I setup an email filter to collect them all in a folder. I sort of forgot about them while i waited 2 years for my Bronco to be built (2023MY). I also didn’t realize they set an expiration date, but luckily I just happend to book my Moab Off-Roadeo before the cutoff (May 30th).

EDIT: actually, I did stop getting their emails - that email filter folder hasn‘t gotten a new email since early June. I guess they removed me from their emails after attending.
