Anyone tried installing a 10R60 extended dipstick?

Has anyone with the 2.3L/10R60 drivetrain combination installed a more convenient extended dipstick mounting arrangement.

I found this one for a 2.3L/10R80 Ranger application. Nice funnel adaptation. I'd think it would work on 2021-2024 Broncos. The upper mounting for the new 2025 2.3L might not work, but I would assume they'd offer one for the 2024 Rangers with the same port/direct injection 2.3L.

It's gotta be worth a try for the price. I did it on my 2.7 with a similar kit and has worked out great.

So once the flex tube and upper and lower fittings were installed, the dipstick length worked out right?
Did you mount the upper fitting to the firewall?

I ended up ordering an Amazon knock-off for $50.

The last bit of news I got from Mike is the Bronco 10R60 edition isn't as straightforward as the Ranger 10R80 so it's taking a bit longer than he hoped it would. I have no doubt it will be every bit as good as the one I have on my Ranger. (I think his third project will be for the F-150.)

Personally, I wouldn't use the Ranger 2.3/10R80 kit on the 10R60. I guess if I could be sure of the fill level being the same (so I got an accurate report on the dipstick) and could successfully mount/install it...? Maybe.

I did the trans pan swap a couple weeks ago & broke the factory dipstick, which is apparently on backorder now.

Thinking of getting one of these & just looking for any feedback/advice.

I have the Mike’s Fitzstick on our Ranger as well. I’d wait it out. All other options are subpar IMO.

I haven't gotten to it yet. I have not had much quality time with Bronco (it was in the shop for a while, then body shop, then I was in the Philippines and Florida without the Bronco). I also got distracted by a shiny new toy at the same time.
