Hi all - new owner here, 2024 Hot Pepper. Added this to the stable to go along with a 2024 Suburban Z71 and a 2023 Challenger Hellcat.

My question is specific to exhaust. I've done some forum searching and Mr. Google. Is there an after market (axel back preferably) that exists that converts the "single" exist dual outlet exhaust to a more traditional "dual" exist, but with turndown tips? I'm actually only looking for an aesthetic upgrade here and don't really want it to be any louder if that's an option. I saw there's a few with some 3/4" pipes sticking out of the back.

Anything exist like that yet?

Thanks all!

There are some out there for sure, I've been looking as well, but I'm going with a single outlet (Roush axle back). I cant remember which ones I saw that were dual, and I cant go back and look right now as I have very slow internet as I'm on a ship off the coast of Spain.

[EDIT, I just realized this was in the Raptor forum]
.
You still retain the Raptor active exhaust modes with the Borla system. It's mild in 'quiet' mode provided you keep your foot out of it.. It's Very high quality and a lifetime guarantee.

There's also a Borla dual same-side-exit tip set that is tucked up very, very high on the driver's side.

A few of us here have Borla systems and like them.. Mine is the dual, split black tip version.

https://www.borla.com/2024-ford-bronco-raptor-exhaust-systems?engine_multiselect=533

And a good exhaust shop can fab just the right-side crossover pipe to attach to the stock system and dump it high on that side to mirror the left side if you don't want a full aftermarket system, there's plenty of room.

Thanks John! I'll take a 2nd look at Borla. At first glance it looked like the tips were too exposed for my linking. I appreciate you!

If you know of a good muffler shop in your area, they can do whatever setup you want out the back.

I have a Borla twin tip system on mine, the tips are tucked up pretty high, actually a little higher than is shown at the beginning of that video with the Bronco on the lift. Sometimes those vids are of pre-production items..

good luck...

No it won't
you would be surprised. Lexus denied a transmission repair due to me having an aftermarket exhaust. Dealerships will do whatever they can to not have to pay.

I also have the MBRP full CAT back with dual outlets. You can configure the exit pipes to your liking- I have mine stick out a bit with the 4" tips. But you can forgo the tips and have it further back- your choice. I like the full CAT back as it is 3" all the way until you get to the split 2.5" rear section. And it eliminates the huge canister stock exhaust in the back. It sounds real good to me without drone but sound is subjective. Install was super easy and no removal of the back bumper. I was hoping for better MPG- I got a .1 improvement so basically no improvement. So an exhaust system on the Bronco is more for sound than anything else
