Squeaky rattle on rear passenger side since purchase

I’ve experienced a consistent squeak coming from the back of my 2023 Outerbanks since purchase in January 2024. I’ve had it in for service twice where they‘ve attempted repairs, but immediately upon driving home each time it was evident the repairs were not successful. It’s definitely worse going over washboard or smaller / rough bumps and sounds like metal on metal. I’ve seen a few posts here with similar issues, but I’ve not been successful explaining the issue / possible solution when leaving my vehicle for repair. Suggestions / help? I live four hours round trip from my dealer so I’m hoping third times a charm.

After a lot of searching for mine it turned out to be the plastic vent grille on inside of tailgate. I removed it lined back contact surface with some felt tape. Also found a small plastic piece just inside that was rattling a bit and put a piece of felt tape on it too. Solved my problem

I'm experiencing the same squeaks in our 24. Just over 2 months old. It's more pronounced when it is below freezing and calms down some as interior warms up.
I'll check the recs above and see if that resolves ours as well. Thanks for the reply!

I have read in other threads on this forum that the rear window is notorious for making that squeak. Seems like lubricating that rear window seal with some sort of Ford Lubricant is the main answer. I have the same issue and it is definitely effected by the temperature.

use some Super Lube on the rubber seals around the door and window.
