Wasn't today but the other day I had to Tow my son home after he broke down. It was only 5 miles so no need to get excited. The Ford Bronco Brake controller handled it like a champ. Hardy knew it was back there with very little squat. Picture is priceless!

Cancelled my commercial car wash subscription. It was $30/mo, unlimited passes with underwash and felt brushes, but I just wasn't comfortable with that much action. So I bought a Ryobi 2900 psi/2.5 gpm pressure washer, an unboxed display model at Home Depot, discounted $100. It has a 1/2 pressure setting, so I can use a car wash foam, then rinse, then use a heavier pressure for the undersides. Got an underwash trolley, too:

I have some catching up to do in this thread. Prepping the Bronco to comfortably pull a light travel trailer so there's been some activity both with and without photos.

I installed the Ford trailer brake controller about a week ago. I followed the steps outlined in this thread and it was such an easy job: https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/ford-accessory-brake-controller-install-made-easy.45970/

Yesterday I installed blue Sumo Springs but I think I'm going to remove a spacer so they don't kick in quite so soon when the suspension compresses. I'll get pics when I'm back in there. I was in too much of a hurry to consider photos during that initial install.

And today I installed @BA OffRoad 's dash accessory multi-mount. That will hold the display for the travel trailer's rear camera when towing, among other things. (they have a 15% off sale right now for those in the market: https://amzn.to/4dqjtU5 )

With all that done I think the Bronco's now ready to haul around some 1/2 tons with @SVTGoat

Installed the ARB Twin Compressor. It was not on my build list (https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/my-race-red-heritage-edition-2024-bronco-build-story.96429/) but I will be on trails at least 3 days a week for the next 5 months so it made sense.

Had a really rough morning getting through this well-paved, parking lot to an equestrian trailhead in Show Low, AZ. It was a balmy 59 degrees as we struggled to walk the bike path, dodging joggers, soccer moms and leashed pets.

Finished a cargo platform today. Thanks to the initial design by @Trigger . Split for 3-person seating, added rope handles, and the center support folds into an armrest.

Installed my Eibach 2.0s (well not just today, but all weekend, lol). Shrunk my 33s a lil, but I have these set almost as low as possible in the rear, and close to level with 3/4" rake for the front. Eventually I will fill up the wheel well with a lil beefier tire, but happy with this for now!

That looks great. The set up is still working great for me. Glad you tried the split setup. That was my initial plan but haven’t needed it. Well done. Looks like mine, yours is just better. Hope my plans helped.
