No sir, look closer you will see a 2007 super 60 under there, solid axle with double triangulated 4 link. The rear is an '06 10.5 Ford 1 ton ( waiting on flipped shackle brackets to be installed that I bought 5 years ago) it's on 39.5s and 4.88 gear.
