Are you able to clock those rear brake lines so the hose follows the back side of the portal up?
got to do it before you crush the washer.....
If you clock it straight upward it would rub the inside of the wheel. I can attach it to the backside of the portal box w/a P clamp tho...thats probably what I will do. Right now everything is loose because the caliper has to be unbolted and placed topside to bleed. It will never bleed out in the mounted position because its basically upside down.

I bolted one unmounted stock Sasquatch wheel on and had no clearance issues whatsoever! Will do fronts tomorrow, and will check stock wheel fitment, but it appears Quinn was right when he said stock sasquatch wheel would work!
do you think a stock badlands wheel will have clearance issues?

(8.0x17 +55 mm instead of 8.5x17 +30mm for the stock sasquatch)

if it doesn't, i'm thinking the ford performance wheel (8.5 x 17 +55mm) might have a chance of fitting

Badlands wheel or the now discontinued Badlands optional wheel? I have a set of both if you would like me to test

i'd start with the badlands wheel, then imagine projecting inward another 1/4 inch.

i don't actually know what the width and offset of the optional badlands wheel are

They are narrower than Sasquatch, but same backspacing. I think its just .5"? I have them on my BL nonsquatch now. I don't have any way to "project inwards", but backspacing is where the limitation is...pretty much all 6g use the same backspacing. I can bolt both on if I get time. BL non beadlocks has 35s, BL beadlocks has 37s, and beadlock rings installed

found the specs for the optional badlands wheel.
exactly the same as the standard badlands wheel

https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/thre...d-for-optional-badlands-wheel-55-offset.9585/

17 x 8.0 offset +55mm

the ford performance wheel is 0.5" wider with same offset, so i'm thinking everything ends up being 0.25" more inboard, and 0.25" more outboard.

I was just looking as well. I was going to post the I recall all the OEM/stock wheels being +55 and the Squatch having +30 and was looking for the proof. :)

Assuming you have any money left :ROFLMAO: you should get some that are lighter and stronger than the stock ones.
I do not think so.... I am trying to maintain a look.....

I would have to paint new wheels... I will change them eventually. But after everything else is done.

I was hoping I could clock it upwards maybe 30 to 45 degrees. That would give me maybe enough room to curve that line upwards on the outer (to the inside toward the truck) edge of the portal.... then try to adjust the clocking of the upper banjo to loop upwards??? maybe?

Ya, if you play around w/it you can move it around a bit. 74weld's instructions have a picture of it zip tied to the parking brake actuator. I still gotta bleed, so caliper still has to come back off
