I know! Every time I have called I have never gotten ahold of anyone else.... He seems to be the only one there that answers the phone. When I choose option #4 to talk to the admin staff it tells me invalid entry. I choose #1 or #3 I get Quinn. Never chose #2 but I bet I would get Quinn.

I try not to call often, About once every two to three weeks. But he calls me occasionally.... Only to update or ask a question about my order.... I assure you I am not a data resource.

hopefully, you're not recording your calls w/ quinn.

otherwise, we'd ask for transcripts and over analyze every syllable and pause :)

Nope... no recordings. He is a good kid... I like him. Not many like him. I like the way he thinks. I like how he sees the pros and cons of everything. No absolutes in this world, just probabilities. I have picked his brain a bit.

Got a call from Nikki today.
Tripple confirm shipping address and such. Said I should get contacted in 24 hours or so by the freight company. Apparently I am the farthest out here in the north east.

I confirmed shipping address last week and paid my bill.... But have heard nothing since. I am excited for you! I hope my call comes soon. I am much closer, but they did package the rack and tie rods together with the portals. You already have your rack installed don't you?

Very jealous of you guys. Looking forward to the play by play...
yea...jealous until you see the bill.... That takes the edge off....

So I guess we get to "work out any kinks". I am really hoping there are not many. But there are always some.

Already trying to work out some new brake line routing I have seen in pics.

i would assume that when installing the installer has to enter some type of Identification.... The tune itself is registered to your VIN... I would assume all of that information is kept in the great Database in the cloud....
There’s no ID protocol on install
I mean couldn’t and ase tech just FaceTime/remote?👀

I have the rack but dod not install yet. I am planing to do everything at once. Steering rack, Camburg UCA, Fox 2.5, portals, NV belly skids, rci sliders, Ford pro tune. Got a pretty big pile sitting there. She got picked up today for the rear main seal, thats a big part of holding off to take care of that first. I did do the rear diff, transfer case fluid change though!

i made sure my ASE tech hooked up the battery tender and then instructed him on the installation process.

but at least it got 'installed' by an ASE tech

I am moving a little slower on some of mine. I am trying to force myself to take it slow. It is a real challenge. So I have the portals and rack tie rods, I went with the King 2.5s and ICON uca..... that is all here or on the way. Then I am thinking through the Rear control arms and pan hard, and relocation bracket. Leaning toward RPG but not totally sold yet. Then I have book marked the Next Venture armor.... Not even ordering until I get the rest installed and operating to my satisfaction. Sounds like you will be well ahead of me. Been looking at some trany pans and diff covers that allow me to change those fluids a lot easier. THEN after that is all together and I have a decent feel for how it is working together I am going to get the FP tune. OH... I did already install the RSE sliders and step.... My wife is 4'-10" That was my first install for obvious reasons. and I have added a few lights and my own fuse box/relay box and a GRMS radio to help pass the time while I waited.

Like I said before... You and I seem to think a lot alike.

I am amazed that 5 people out of the first ten sets have reported on this forum thread.

That's because the cool kids hang out in this forum. ;)

If only I had known that it just took a shit ton of money to be cool....

Edit.... actually I will have about the same money in this as most of those stockish Raptors....
This build just suits my kind of 4 wheeling better than a Raptor does.

Yup, very similar!
Also have to install the turn off road tailgate reinforcement and tire carrier to handle the new tires. Staying with factory rims but got the real beadlocks for it.
Did some lights and have an Icom 2730a for a radio with MRS mode to get the grms channels ( i have both GRMS and Ham license) works great for wheelin.
