I was debating on getting a convertible Mustang, but in Alaska it's only usable 6 months out of the year. About the same time the new Bronco was becoming a thing. I always loved first gen Broncos. It was a match made in heaven a 4x4 convertible.

Warm summer days with the top off, pushing through deep snow and everything in between. Mostly driving the 1.5 miles to work daily lol

Mainly to tow behind the RV, visit cool places, and have the ability to do a little 4 wheeling if the need arises.

Initially... lack of a better option. It has grown on me but it has yet to break down. It is starts to show any mechanical flakiness it will be off to its next owner and I will be driving a 28 MY 4Runner. I wanted a fixed roof vehicle anyway, never understood the love affair with a hot noisy hardtop that few ever remove. Drove a Jeep with one for 10 years and was never fond of it.

I don't have mine yet. But ordered because I'm a conv. Mustang girl and needed a new vehicle and something for winter while I can still store my Mustang. I can take this out and still have a conv.

I work for Ford and originally wanted a Lightning to replace my Model 3 and take advantage of my employee discount. But the timing wouldn't work out so I got a Bronco since it looked like I could have a different sort of fun with it. Then I took it out for the first time and did this:

Haven't looked back. I don't take her out as often as I'd like but Lusitania's no mall crawler.

I have other convertibles, currently 24 vehicles in the driveway and no room to store anything that doesn't also get driven in the winter.

Have a BD ordered to replace the wife’s Ecoboost Mustang convertible, because the stang won’t offroad and can’t be flat towed. It checks off several boxes as one vehicle vs several.
And I always wanted a first gen Bronco. Jeeps are junk, I’ve owned several.
