Does this mean you are looking for some MT owners as guinea pigs?? 👀

Well done guys, now if only ford would take note of what the people want.

How freaking cool. Once someone figures out how to scrub that Raptor image off and full manual compatibility is confirmed I'll be a buyer.

Not sure we will be able to change the animations at all. Manual we will see soon enough though :)

Nice idea. But being stuck with Raptor on the screen seems more annoying than the current cluster.

I really like this. One of my biggest complaints about my badlands has been the instrument cluster. This is awesome!

But I am trying to understand it. Okay so... I assume the module that retains the goat mode settings is not in the instrument cluster but the module that displays the mode is... SO.... The Rapter has 6 different modes. My Badlands has 7.... but there is some differences. Rapter has Tow Haul mode... mine does not so I assume that Tow haul will not display and not be available. Can you change that display message to show one of the goat modes that I have? Lets say Mud and Ruts... but then that is probably closer to the rapters "off-road" display/mode...Do I go to "off road" and that is my new "mud and ruts? What about my "sand" mode? do I go to the tow and haul mode to be in what the vehicle will set up as "sand"?

I really like this. I am just trying to figure out how it is integrated.

I agree with Beach Bum above that I would rather see my vehicle represented but I would guess the display module is programed with only the rapter and no "fix" is available for that yet.

Suggestion: See if your staff can change the display vehicle. Wouldn't be caught dead driving a moar door and definitely don't want to see one displayed in my Bronco.

If we could we would have already changed it.

Great idea guys!!

I've been considering doing this myself but ultimately decided to hold off for the 2025 refresh. I think the possibility of Ford going all-digital for the refresh is relatively high at this point. And if they go that route then that potentially means having a screen with all of the correct animations and support for the manual transmission. (y)

If my master plan ends up failing I would mind working with you guys to figure out the manual transmission stuff. But looks like @Boreal is already itching to volunteer.

Holy Bronco Tax Batbeeotch... I understand that it takes time/money to develop something like this, but $2500 for a display that doesn't seamlessly support basic functionality (or display the correct vehicle) sounds a little crazy, even by Bronco standards. Trying to recoup all engineering costs a little too quickly.
It's partly because they are using official Ford parts, but there is still a bunch of markup.

Fundamentally all they're really doing is offering Forscan services to integrate the official Raptor gauge cluster with a standard Bronco, but since each order is unique there is a lot of overhead. It isn't like they can just have a bunch of these sitting on the shelf ready to ship immediately, each order has to be customized.

If we recall, ford hired some video game graphic artists specifically for the raptor cluster animations.

it sounds like these are embedded in the unit itself and there most likely isn’t any provisions for “lesser than” models.

As hard as Panda may try, I think there will always be some graphical compromise with this swap, atleast for the time being

@RagnarKon or @Tricky Mike - I give you my blessing to be the Manual Guinea Pig 😉 Im in it for all of us!!

Mud& Ruts / Eco are the 2 missing from the raptor.

We have just turned these off in ours. We never ever ever ever used ECO mode. Mud & Ruts is like you said similar to others so we were not missing much in our eyes.

The features it has for selecting your own gauges, the performance screen & others just makes the Bronco feel more premium like it should!

Yupp like mentioned above all we can do is hope for 2025 refresh to have a standard digital cluster and we can offer each to our customers. But we are over a year away from that so why wait for the ones that enjoy the upgrade today :)

I'd be happy with a blank screen, I don't have to see my Bronco I just don't want to see that.

We can probably turn the animations off but not the raptor menu itself. My team will test this next week

I appreciate your patience with me but I am still trying to connect the dots.... I am fine turning off Eco.... But

You say you "turned off" mud and ruts... But how did you "turn on" off road.... OR alternatively is my "mud and ruts" not turned off and just displaying as "off road"?

I do not know if I am explaining myself well enough.
