I put them in 6 months ago and they are a great upgrade. My original BO speakers was muffled. They fit perfectly with great sound quality. I have a hard top and could install with out removing the top as I used a small bit driver for the top bolt.

The Kicker 6.75" sub fits - 48CWRT674 or 48CWRT672. I am not using it in there, but perhaps you could if you could figure out the power/wiring. I will be using Kicker 47KSC6704 in the pods.

I won the pods at Bronco Safari and installed Kicker 6.5" speakers and had Forscan change the settings for full signal.
I changed the front speakers to Kickers as well and was fortunate to have the factory subwoofer, I am very pleased now with my stereo.

I know they’re not as nice, but the Mabett 6.5” pods are on sale for $120 on Amazon right now after discount and coupon. Thinking of snagging a pair to try out.

@WCP-82 Looks like yours is a 2-door. Any interference issues with the seatbelts? Mabett pods have this problem on the 2-door. Thanks!
No one has sat in the rear seats yet. I will have to put them upright and test it out.

I have the Mabett pods on 2dr and they do not interfere with the seat belt. However, the metal bushing that comes with Mabetts is too long for the bottom bolt to reach threads in roll bar. If the bushings aren’t used the pods will interfere with seat belt. I trimmed about 3/8” or so off of the bushing and the gap from top to bottom is equal. But no problems with seat belt for my 2 dr

i did. at first, i installed 4" Focal's in the factory pods, but wasn't satisfied with the sound. So i got the SSV pods and installed 6.5" Focal's and it was worth every penny!!! word of warning though, for the 6.5" FOcal ACX's, the speakers themselves fit fine, but had to MacGyver the grills on. Basically installed the grill frame on top of the speakers with some thick 3m double sided tape as spacer fill & 4 additional screws just drilled into the plastic. Can't even tell, and came out great & sound amazing. They don't interfere with anything either, at least not in the 2 door

I have the same exact sediments as TacosTuesday. I am very happy with the SSVs on my 2dr. No issues at all during my install or after. I used Rockford Fosgate R165X3 component speakers and I clocked the tweeters at the 12:00 position.
