Nice build!

This seems to be one of the more common rack failures any tips for a guy planning on doing the Hoss 3.0 rack?

Don't buy the cheapest FDRS cable, it add hours to the whole ordeal. Take the whole tie rod off both sides before trying to uninstall or reinstall. Otherwise it's pretty easy if you got power tools.

What happened to the Big Bend? I read that you stole the hard top for your BD. Did you put the BD soft top on it and trade or sell it?

Went to CarMax, paid $2-3k in ADM and broke even. This is not counting the $1200 I paid for the soft top and all the little things I robbed off(I think I have door bags?).

Side project today was installing another Hoss 3.0 which was an absolute programming nightmare. Going to keep updating Bigmeats thread. I will say M210 is easier than a M190 to do the swap, the front axle disconnect is worse than the larger diff.

Install a hammer built tailgate brace I picked up from another person who got raptor hinges. I actually managed to not use a single hand tool, I do like impacts way to much.
