The newest batch was defective so their waiting for a fix/solution. Mine was built and all modules are up, but hard top is only thing holding it.So if this was actually true and not "My Dealer Said", how would they store the Broncos without a top on it? It's not like there are acres and acres on indoor storage to be had.
I've seen several built and shipped recently with hard tops so they certainly have some.
I have one hairline crack under the rear window passenger side too. Seems most are happening on the passenger side for some reason. Can someone confirm if they have cracking under the window on the driver side?Mine was delivered at about the same time as yours. (Ice Mountain Child) Noticed 3 small hair line cracks under the passenger window last night. Not noticeable yet in the direct sunlight. Pulled into the garage and used the phone flashlight and there they were! WTF!
Have you taken it off road yet? That seems to be a trigger for squeaking and cracking.I waited 930+ days for my Bronco with a hard top.
It does not squeak or have any cracks or other issues at all.
I am so so glad I waited for the hard top. I can not imagine daily life with the soft top.
Sweet, I am in the other 6%…..I never have been one to follow the crowd94% of the remaining orders in the order banks currently are for Hard Tops. May the odds be ever in your favor.
Yeh im glad I didnt wait, over a year of ownership I would have missed out on.Whatever. Soft top is where it’s at![]()
…and I’m waiting to find some reasonably priced beach front property.I’ve been waiting on my black modular top for a while now……,,
You’ll get yours first…and I’m waiting to find some reasonably priced beach front property.![]()
I'm starting to see this on mine, but so far I can only see it at certain angles... hoping it doesn't get any worseCant wait to take mine in for the hairline cracking.![]()
Do aftermarket hard tops actually exist? They should just offer a shrink wrapped Bronco. Should anyways just for shipping. You get a cheaper price and can then buy an aftermarket top. However at this time aftermarket couldn’t keep up with demand.

ADV says 8-12 weeks ship time. Probably made when ordered. You can order a Bronco that quickly. I’m sure aftermarket would ramp production if you could by a Bronco topless. Aftermarket probably feels most Bronco owners are not just tossing OEM tops and wanting a replacement day 1.Do aftermarket hard tops actually exist?
I've seen vendors post about them working on them, but I've never seen owner feedback on this forum.
They seem like vaporware. Like they're even more difficult to produce than the factory hard tops.
