It seems to happen on Broncos with the simple light switch, ie those that don’t have factory fog lights. If you notice, most people complaining about this have the lower trim levels like Base, Big Bend, etc. Most. Hopefully the new switch fixes the issue. We should be getting reports back any day now.
I have factory fogs and it happens to me.

My appt w/Ford was yesterday 11/10. So far, so good.
I've returned to my truck several times and the light switch is NOT in ghost mode and is in Auto mode. No digging bell telling me they were on. Everything seems good. fingers crossed.

Emily, thank you for letting us know! That is a spot of good news and shines a ray of hope that there is a fix on this issue. I go in on Monday so I hope to be able to report similar results.

I believe the auto shut off is 60 minutes.
What I have observed mine doing is exactly 1 hour and 20 minutes after shutdown, they will turn on for 10 minutes and then shutoff. I have recorded it with my security cameras and witnessed in person and timed it with a watch.

And again, for the Johnny-come-latelies, no we are not hitting it with our knee! Lol!

Do you happen to have the part # for the new switch they installed? Or does anyone else? I have an appt in a couple weeks and my service desk "was having problems" finding the new switch part # to ensure it's there when i come in.

I'll check my receipt over the weekend and post.

I gave this to my dealer when I went in to set the appointment. The part number is in this.

SSM 51166 2021-2022 Bronco - Headlamps Turn On By Themselves When Vehicle Is Off - DTC B1533

Some 2021-2022 Bronco vehicles may exhibit a condition of intermittent headlamp operation while the vehicle is OFF and have diagnostic trouble code (DTC) B1533 stored in the body control module (BCM). This may be due to the internal logic within the headlamp switch. To correct this condition, replace the headlamp switch (service base PN: 11654). Refer Workshop Manual, Section 417-01.

Yep. Mine did it intermittently since delivery in March, but maybe a couple times a month. However, I'm 3 for 3 in the last three days. I get to work at 7:30am and shut down as normal with the light in the auto position. The first day, I noticed they were on and chalked it up as one of the random occurrences. The next day, exact same thing. The third day, I made sure I turned my switch to "O" before getting out and verified that the lights were off. When I got back in at 5:00, I heard the "doo-doo-doo, doo-doo-doo" chime and knew that the lights were on. Once I started the Bronco, I looked at the light switch and none of the lights were lit up - nothing was orange, all were black. When I turned the dial counter clockwise, it took a few clicks for the bottom orange light to illuminate, then it rotated normally through the other modes until I got to O.

When I get in after work today, I'll have my phone out and camera recording to try and capture what I'm seeing.

I took my Bronco in today to get the switch replaced and to get the windshield fixed under that recall. They just called, windshield work is done, the headlight switch however is on backorder. Ugh!

Late last week I setup (online on the web) an appointment in December for the door windows rattling and the headlamp switch - I also emailed a service manager to let her know about the appointment. Got a reply today that she checked with their parts dept, and they are ordering the switch. So hopefully it will all be done in one go and on the same day.
