Dont some GOAT Modes require a Rear Locker, &/or Front Locker?

For Example: If you have a Base Non-SAS, and no Lockers -
**And you "unlock" some GOAT Modes with FourScan......

What happens to the GOAT Modes that require / use Locker(s)? - Front &/or Rear.

BONUS QUESTION : Do you controll the 2H, 4H, 4L, 4A? Or is that controlled by the GOAT Mode?

The lockers are controlled by using the HERO switches on the dash. None of the modes we used at the Off Rodeo changed the lockers, we just hit the lock or unlock HERO switch to change it.

The GOAT modes do change what drive you are in.

So the driver decides about locker use, regardless of the GOAT mode....
They are 2 totally independent systems.

As been stated, rock crawl mode on the badlands locks the rear and disconnect the sway bar. If you unlock all the goat modes with fourscan it will send a signal to your locker but nothing happens, since you don’t have a locker. The transmission shift point change and throttle input change’s

Mud and ruts and sand modes engage 4x4 and locker (rear) also. I disengage locker unless potentially needed.

If a goat mode added with forscan using locker is selected on a vehicle without locker it may throw a code???

So the unlock primarily effects :
- Shift Point
- Throttle
* What if you ahve the Part TIme 4WD Transfer Case?

Do some of the unlockable GOAT Modes require the Full Time Drive capability?
Is the Part Time 4WD a different Transfer Case?

Part TIme : 4L, 4H, 2H
Full Time : 4L, 4H, 2H, 4A

My BL activates rear locker and SB disco in rock crawl (and shifts to 4L) and activates rear locker in mud/ruts (and shifts to 4H) I haven't used sand yet, but I believe it's the same as mud/ruts. The GOAT modes that use 4A are sport and slippery. You can change the 4x4 mode on your own independent of goat mode though (in modes it's allowed) ie in mud/ruts you can use either 4H or 4L depending on what your needs are. If you had part time xfer case I would assume that's how you would do it

I'm interested in this as well. I have a Base and am curious as to what GOAT modes I can have unlocked with ForScan.
