Saw a V6 Challenger with Hellcat badges this morning. So, it's slightly better than that.

All I am saying is that I, personally, wouldn't do it. People can do what they want with their Broncos because its customizability is part of what makes it so cool.

I was also saying that I don't like to upbadge my vehicles, but I have put better parts from the upper trim vehicles on my lower trim before because they either look better or perform better. I think everyone that wants to swap parts between trims, should because it's their car to enjoy.

Also when I mentioned fooling people, I wasn't necessarily talking about making them think it was a Bronco R, but referring to all cars that people swap badges and parts on to try and make others think it is a different trim. I don't deliberately alter my vehicles to fool people, but some do and are often successful with others that don't know much about the cars in the first place.

This was the first thing I thought of when I saw the base have black letters instead of white ones.
Looks like I'm gonna paint my R red. ;)

Good civilized conversation! We don’t all have to agree, but it’s cool we can have a civil conversation.

The red R will complement the red TRD badges on my wife’s GX. And the Type R badges on my Honda mower and snowblower.

I like it, I did it, and it’s fine. I seriously doubt that anyone is going to mistake my OB for a Baja racer. I just like the look.

I had no idea that’s even what the R was. I was semi-seriously thinking about coloring the RON differently.
