American made rock slider recommendations

Hey all,

Would you guys/gals give some recommendations on American made rock sliders? I’m looking for something not terribly expensive, but we’ll made, and that supports Americans.

I noted there is a list for bumpers and such, maybe someone would be good enough to put together a spread sheet if we can compile enough data. I would offer, but my Excel skills are substandard.

You are looking for a very difficult combination. Low cost, high quality, and made in the USA. Generally speaking, products made in the USA are going to cost more. All aspects of manufacturing cost more in the states.

If you actually plan to use them, I think these are fairly priced, especially compared to some of the bumper costs I've seen

i didn’t say low cost. What I meant by my statement of “not terribly expensive” was not sky high$2,500+ rock sliders. Thank you for explaining how American manufacturing cost more.
My family is done buying Chinese shit. We’re okay with higher costs, but we also are not frivolous with our money.

I'm with you about finding good quality American made parts for the bronco. Following this thread to see what is out there also.

You'll be surprised, a big majority of the bumpers are made in the USA. You should find that a majority of the rock sliders will be too.

I have the Goat fab on mine, 4dr, I am impressed with them so far. I am going to be trying them out more in October, a trip to Sand Hollow.

These are at the high end of the spectrum, but if you have kids or other vertically challenged family and friends, the Rock Slider Engineering Step Sliders are a great choice.

They're made in SLC, UT, they take a beating and that 12" drop step is great choice for those that want a step.

We also just got in the three different sliders from LoD Offroad into the Northridge4x4 studio, will be doing install videos on those over the next month.

LoD is also USA made at their factory in Lafayette, IN.

Their Armor Lite Aluminum Sliders, with their add-on steel skid plates and quick removal steps have been pretty popular with the Jeep crowd.
