Hey B6G -

I’ve watched a few videos with folks that took some nasty chip damage underneath the doors from their tires flinging up gravel and rocks. Does the forum have any recommendations for preventative maintenance or external mods to prevent this?

I’m not a fan of how mudflaps look aesthetically, but was wondering if rock sliders or steps could help? Do you have any brand recommendations?

I went with the Go Rhino DSS and they have worked pretty well so far. There is a gap just behind the front tire that some stuff gets through but you can hear them blocking rocks.

Yeah GoRhino is great IMO. Cheaper, but not a true rock slider.

Nice, I took a look at those and like that they act as a step too.

$400 is pretty hard to beat too.

Every time I think I'm settled on sliders/steps, I see a picture of these and I'm back to where I started. How was the install?

I do a lot of my own stuff on my trucks ( so I think I am handy) it was not hugh deal. Biggest PITA was the magnets for the actuators. I have the fold away boards on my f250 and they are nice, I just didn’t think they would look right on the Bronco. These are light sliders and can be beefed up……
