I have the Camburg Upper Control Arms and Rear Lower Links on order.

I have also decided to go with the Fox Coil-Overs.

Now, I just need my Bronco!
from where?
Camburg told me 8 months delivery time as of last week.
I have the BDS kit on order from Liftkitsforless, but I am concerned if I will ever see them. I am trying to figure out who to order from with the hopes of getting a kit sometime in March.. Camburg, BDS, Icon, other retailers?

Camburg had the Tubular Upper Control Arms in stock last week. Mine get delivered Tuesday.

I’m still waiting for the Billet UCAs for another Bronco.

I think the 4WP Coil Overs were in stock when I last checked. I don’t know of any others that are ready to ship?

The only place I talked to that had them was 4 Wheelparts. They weren't in my local store but they were in the "Warehouse" and could be here in a couple days.

Everyone else I talked to is months out. King, Fox, Icon, Dirt Logic, all of them told me 4 to 10 months lead time.

right, what I am trying to figure out is if the place i ordered from (liftkits4less.com) is legit, or if I should be ordering elsewhere and getting on another list?

separate question, most of the kits come with UCAs, aside from that, should we be considering a rear track bar? Rear Link Kit?
Also, what advantage aside from looks is there on UCAs made from Billet designs vs tubular?

I have also been waiting on a BDS lift and was told they have no eta on delivery or preorder. Was pushed from December 2021 with no eta.

where do you have them on order from? I got an answer from Liftkits4less that they are checking... at least they responded.
from everything I've heard this is all the backup on Fox shocks and until those start flowing, we're all out of luck..

I just got these in Today. Ordered from Camburg early last week. Same Uni-Ball as the Billet version without the price.

Liftkits4less.com has been around for awhile. I don't know anyone who has personally used them. However there prices are very competitive and free shipping as well. They post lots of videos reviewing products and even some installation videos. They're located out of Vegas and IMO they seem very legit.

The advantages of an aluminum upper arm are the looks like you mentioned, buyers seem to like it. The weight may possibly play a factor. Although on a small upper arm like this the weight difference is probably minimal. On a race truck with a giant J arm I feel like it may make a difference. I feel like one of the main reasons these shops put out billet arms is they really don't need any fabricators to produce them. Don't have to spend the time bending tube, assembling and welding up the arms in a jig. Most aluminum arms are made in shop and others are farmed out to machine shops.

I personally like the idea of a tubular upper arm mostly because they cost a fraction of the price. In most cases the aluminum arms are more bulky, allowing for less room for shocks to be mounted. A lot of prerunner and race trucks will have their bumpstops strike off of the upper control arm, something they would rarely do on an aluminum arm unless the incorporated a bolt on steel strike plate.

As for the rear trailing arms I am not personally convinced they do a whole lot. Increased ground clearance seems minimal compared to stock. Articulation may be increased some. Wheel travel I don't think would increase much unless you are making longer than stock arms.

I am waiting to see if someone comes out with a kit that utilizes new pivots and longer arms to increase travel. Or I may just pick up some uniball kits and make my own trailing arms. The Camburg tubular arms are a nice less expensive option than the aluminum options out there.

One huge advantage of the adjustable heim upper control arms that often gets forgotten, is the ability to dial in the alignment by moving the Heim joints. If you delete the slots that the lower control arms slide in and out, you essentially achieve PERMANENT alignment.

If you've ever knocked your steering out on the trail you'll now how awesome this is..

only one company I know of makes this "slot delete kit", its one of the first things im adding to mine.

as far as the coil over options, its less about what brand to use and more about what type of ride quality and control your looking for.

Fox oem replacement coil overs typically have lighter valve stack that rides similar to a stock vehicle on the street. The adjusters give you the control of firming up the shock for more control in rough off road terrain. Fox gives us low AND high speed clickers for more fine tuning of the way the bronco feels on pavement as-well as the trail.

Its not clear whether King has two models with ibp(internal bypass) or without, if it does these will have the advantage Offroad. King tunes their shocks with a bias on improved high speed ability. Their adjustable resi is just a single knob that control compression, for improved on road feel aswell.

the 4wp options seemly are for mild/moderate Offroad with the less oil capacity of the non resivor construction. Their tuning is likely optimized for on road comfort. I have not tested out all three yet so this is just me speculating based off the information provided and reviews from customers.

as far as what im choosing for my build. Im holding out for a custom ADS 3.0 with the new electronic e click resivior system. Its a new technology from SDI that finally gives the shocks full control to adapt to the terrain by use of an on board computer that makes changes to the adjusters 400x per second. My bronco build is designed to do KOH things while the raptors in the shop being upgraded/maintained.
