these look awesome. Do you have something else mounted to the pinch seam?

do these mount to the wholes in the seem and where OeM steps are mounted?
Thanks
They mount on included brackets to the same holes in the pinch welds and body as the oem rock rails did. I used xpel liner tape to protect the pinch weld seam.

Sorry to pile on.

Will the GoRhino D6s work with the Ford $50 mudflaps?

thanks
Not sure as those flaps have to be modified to work with sasquatch pkg if you can get them to and dont provide near the protection, nor do they allow you to easily remove the bottom half of the flaps when you need the clearance.

I’m also thinking about doing the Gatorback mudflaps with GoRhino D6 steps.

Noob question of the day . . .

My 2 door Badlands comes with Rock Rails. Do those have to come off before installing the GoRhino D6 steps? Or do the D6 steps somehow attack to the rock rails?

Have to remove the rock rails for the boards as they replace them. Don't have to remove for the mudflaps, but be sure you get a front set made for rock rails. They have two different front sets. Those designed for rock rails have a cut out in them to accommodate the rails.

K - thx BT

Asked customer service at GoRhino and was told these steps will not be available for 2 door until late Spring.

DSS with Ford mudflaps. No cutting required for the step. Cutting required for fenders w/ Sasquatch.

looks amazing. (I ordered the IS too.) how's the step in height and is the DSS wide enough to step on / in comfortably without hitting your foot on the door sill area?

Yes you have to remove the rockrails to install the D6 steps since they use the same mount locations. So it's one or the other. The D6s would be a step rather than much of a rockrail, would be my guess.

Correct. Mudflaps can be installed with boards or rails in place. If you install d6 boards, they replace the rock rails so removal is required.

I would prefer it a bit wider as a step, but it's perfectly useable. The vehicle is my wife's daily driver and for her smaller foot it's great.

I would rather have the vanity of the smaller step than the function of the wider one.
