I have a pair of PIAA 40 Series driving lights that I have had for about 20 years new in the box. They will mount perfectly on the front HD bumper without drilling holes. The lights came with a wiring harness and an attached pre-wired switch. I want to use the upfitter switch number 1. I am terrible with electrics and looking at the diagram I cannot figure out how to connect the harness wiring to the wiring behind the grill. Any advice would be appreciated. This is the wiring diagram that came with the lights. I don't want to melt my wiring by screwing up.

I had a lot of the same questions since I'm going to do some lighting as well, and all the various Bronco Nation videos on youtube sort of gloss over the finer points of how to do it. This guy seems to give a much better explanation of how it all works with a kit that's got it's own clips and switches (basically clip them all off and wire them directly to the wires and ground)

I doubt your lights will require a 30amp fuse which is what the aux. 1 switch has, however its you.

The following guide should aid you in wiring your lights. You will have interest in page 18-19.

Shameless plug for @4x4TruckLEDs.com. They are the go-to B6G member for Lighting questions. It may be worth a trip to Long Island to get help from them.
